Jose “Chille” DeCastro threatened Irontown Police Detective Chad Gue on DeCastro’s YouTube community page on Thursday, January 26, 2023.
DeCastro released a message on his YouTube community tab on Thursday afternoon indicating that there was a rumor that Officer Gue was fired and posing the question, “Chad— You good? Not sure if this is True. #Ironton #Police”
Sometime later, Gue responded with a community post on his YouTube community page, denying the accusations and stating, “Looks like someone’s reliable source needs work..🤣🤣🤣. Hope he isn’t wanting a career in investigations.”

DeCastro replied with an extended statement claiming that Gue’s wife had left him and making an accusation of spousal abuse. He continued his claims that Gue has either been suspended or fired and that Gue was a “violent tyrant, who abuses people who are shackled in chains or are weaker than him; including women (his own wife.”
The statement concluded with a direct threat to Gue, “Chad Gue you have 24 hours to tell the truth or I release all sources. You can’t even imagine who (and how many) told me these things.”
Gue and DeCastro have had a long-standing rivalry. They had been scheduled to participate in a MMA cage match for charity in mid-2022 before high blood pressure and a knee injury forced DeCastro to withdraw from the match. DeCastro would later indicate that he had concerns that police from Ironton, Ohio, would either carry out the warrant DeCastro has in Ohio or physically attack him at the event.
DeCastro has also been on the attack after recent criticism of his involvement with the family of Jacqueline “Laney” Hudson, a West Virginia teen who was killed in an officer-involved traffic accident in late December of 2022. DeCastro has failed to address reports that he had been reported to the FBI for allegedly recruiting children to cross state lines to attend a rally in Hudson’s name in West Virginia.
Earlier in the day, DeCastro’s associate, YouTuber Rights On, continued DeCastro’s recent attacks on Ironton-related YouTubers when he released a video attacking YouTubers Ironton Audits and Tina Slay. The five-minute video attacks their credibility, Tina Slay’s grief related to the loss of her son and Slay’s physical appearance.
E-mails to the Ironton police department inquiring into the matter have gone unanswered as of press time.
In Ironton related news, Magistrate Judge Stephanie K. Bowman approved the request by one set of defendants in DeCastro’s lawsuit against the city of Ironton for a two week delay in responding to DeCastro’s recent motion in the case. Attorneys for defendants Pam Wagner, Brad Spoljaric, Chance Blankenship, Evan Mcnight, Robert Fouch, and the City of Ironton asked for the delay after DeCastro failed to supply them with evidence in the case and repeated attempts to contact DeCastro have gone unanswered.
