A jubilant Jose “Chille” DeCastro addressed his fans while driving his “self-driving” minivan through Las Angeles on Friday, giving updates to his YouVeGotBail.AI social media platform, providing a final verdict on a physical edition of his board game, and announced a new focus on the TikTok platform for his teachings on the Constitution.
DeCastro started the livestream with the dubious announcement that he was on his way to pick up another shipment of his fifth amendment auto plaque product. He said that he had distributed 100 of the units and had around 300 left at his studio.
The claim seems dubious, as DeCastro’s past statements and own website put the product at 500 initial units, with at least 30-40 of those going to fill unfulfilled orders for his trifold product. His public sales figures put his sales of the product at about 20-30 units sold on his website. However, actual sales data would only be known by DeCastro.
He announced that he had filmed a series of segments explaining the constitution, which he would be putting up on TikTok. The diminutive YouTuber said that TikTok had changed its terms of service and that his channels should not be terminated as often, bemoaning the loss of “millions” of followers of the platform.
DeCastro continued with the subject, calling TikTok the perfect place to hold teachings about the constitution. While he would remain on YouTube to promote his YouVeGotBail.AI business, discuss politics and critique police videos.
He made no mention of his previously announced deadline to rebrand “within 30 days.”
The YouTuber did, however, mention that he had his final financial package for YouVeGotBail.ai was in the works. He was not clear as if this was a presentation to be used to obtain financing, or if he had already obtained financing for the product.
DeCastro briefly stated that YouVeGotBail.AI was now primarily a social media platform and briefly mentioned different levels of membership, with a distinction between a basic member and a member who would have the ability to be bailed out by the product.
He said that “everyone” would want to join his social media platform and discuss the police; though he did not offer distinctions on how the product would be successful in comparison to his multiple failed attempts at rebranding in 2024.
Addressing his ConstitutionHQ board game, DeCastro announced that he had given up on plans of printing the board games; indicating that the $100,000.00 cost to print the games would be to much of a burden at this time. He proposed an alternative, where he would bundle and sell packages of the cards related to the game as print at home PDF files.
No timeline for the now print at home package was given.
DeCastro updated his health issues, stating that he had given up processed food, coffee and marijuana since the start of the year. He blamed plastics used in the packaging of coffee for the high dementia rates in elderly people and that he was getting away from packaged foods.
The inventor of the Jock Sock product also promised that he would soon return to Ironton, Ohio. He told his followers that Judge Kevin Waldo, who was assigned to the trespassing charges he fled from in 2022 was corrupt. He then explained that he only fled because he was tipped off that he would have his bond revoked and that he would have been murdered in jail the next day.
He remained upbeat about quashing the warrant for his arrest out of Ironton and made unsubstantiated charges of inappropriate physical activity between adult police officers and Ironton high schoolers.
As usual, DeCastro’s YouTube activity did nothing to spark donations to his active associated GoFundMe pages.
Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault won Friday with $30.00 in new donations towards his Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit campaign.
Hudon-Huneault also “won” Saturday by losing $3.00 in value due to exchange rate changes between CAD and USD.
No other campaigns that we follow saw new activity for either day.
