Self-proclaimed former professional fundraiser Jose “Chille” DeCastro livestreamed while driving in the Phoenix, Arizona, area on Tuesday, dodging FLOCK cameras and avoiding the reality that he may miss his self-imposed deadline of June 30, 2026, to raise $25,000.00 for his YouVeGotBail.AI product.

DeCastro complained loudly about the heat as he drove, claiming that it was over 110F in Phoenix and explained that he considered it to be “too hot” to live in the Phoenix area. He said that he had first learned of the extreme heat as attended college in the area in the past and would not want to live there.

The failed Power Ranger was in the area to visit his “technologist” in order to work on the YouVeGotBail.AI project, though most of the livestream was devoted to DeCastro’s reoccurring conspiracy theories rather than the on-going progress of the project.

DeCastro may have been avoiding providing updates as he again failed to draw new donations to his Help Me Finish YouVeGotBail and Protect the Technology GoFundMe campaign for Wednesday’s take.

The diminutive YouTuber was not alone in striking out for the day as only the First Amendment Protection Agency avoided goose eggs for the day by drawing $10.00 in new donations.

If he intends to keep his well-documented goal and gain the ability to taunt his “trolls” on June 30, 2026, DeCastro will now need to raise an average of $1,813.17 a day until the end of the month in new donations.

While the inventor of the Jock Sock avoided talk of new donations, he did say that he still intended to completely rebrand to “YouVeGotBail.AI” and open a new YouTube channel based on the branding.

DeCastro, strangely, also offered the news that both his Facebook and Instagram accounts have been shut down by Facebook as he made vulgar comments about police officers in a video promoted on both channels.

While DeCastro’s complains have not been confirmed as of press time, the YouTuber was distraught as he drove with one hand on a microphone and the other hand on his phone and using his mini-van’s supposed “self-driving” features.

He said that he had been averaging 20 million views per month on Instagram and that the lack of promotion will prove to be an enormous setback. He indicated that now that YouTube was conspiring to kill his channels, he believed that it was the end of times and that he will be eventually banned from all social media platforms.

DeCastro also launched into verbal attacks on the use of FLOCK cameras. While driving using the “self-driving features” of his older model mini-van he expressed his hatred for the cameras and again stated that he believed that there would be a national uprising against the cameras on July 4, 2026.

While he did not get into details, he said that people were “sharpening their saws” in order to prepare for the day. While using those “self-driving” features to make his way around the city, he also tied the uprising into his belief that civil war was coming to America and that data centers must be stopped before AI produced robots to replace humanity.

DeCastro then bemoaned the apparent loss of his friend Chevy, best known for his production of AI generated music singing the graces of DeCastro and his Delete LawZ channel.

Chevy apparently lost his main YouTube channel where he featured his AI generated music two weeks ago, with the loss of one of his backup channels noted last weekend. While Chevy was one of DeCastro’s main financial backers over the years, DeCastro has admitted that he’s never talked to the man and does not have his phone number to check on him.

From there, DeCastro’s stream devolved into his discussion of his latest conspiracy theory that the now deceased sexual predator Jeffery Epstein was working with the Israelis to advance sex trafficking and cannibalism of human children.

He spoke out against the “criminalization” of eBikes and expressed his views that driving while using electronic devices was a right citizens have as Americans. While he admitted that there would be an occasional death due to distracted driving, that those deaths would be the price that Americans would have to pay in the name of “freedom.”

DeCastro also claimed that he was on the edge of falling into a “black pill.”

According to Google, the term originated in the movie ‘The Matrix’ and indicates, “The extreme, fatalistic belief that self-improvement is futile. It operates on the premise that if you aren’t born with the right physical traits (e.g., height, facial structure), it is “over” for you, and you are destined to fail.”

DeCastro’s livestream cut off abruptly as he was driving, ending the livestream.

Before the end of the stream, the YouTuber stated that he will be in the Phoenix area for the next few days and welcomed any fans who wanted to meet up with him to contact him directly.
