Failed Power Ranger and inventor of the Jock Sock Jose “Chille” DeCastro surprised fans on Saturday with a number of announcements in his latest livestream, including the revival of his Constitutional HQ board game in PDF form, his participation in a Jiu Jitsu tournament and his expectation that he’ll earn $1,000,000.00 in financing this week for his YouVeGotBail.AI product.
Starting with his Constitutional HQ product.
DeCastro had devoted a great deal of time to the board game, going as far to have a sample made of the 1,000+ oversized card deck. However, DeCastro abandoned the project when he was told it would take an investment of $100,000.00 to fund the initial run of the game.
He recently revived the product and claimed to have been working furiously on videos related to the product for the past two weeks. Under his new plan, he will be selling seven “packs” of the cards related to the board game in PDF form on his website and teaching the game both on his YouTube and TikTok channels.
The media personality and future “government” of California announced that the product would be available for sale “this week.”
There are also indications that DeCastro seems to be backing away from the promise of a “total rebrand in 30 days” that he made at the start of the month. Despite claims by DeCastro that his main DeleteLawZ channel had been “shadow banned” by YouTube, he has offered no concrete plans that he will actually carry through with his rebrand in the previously announced timetable.
DeCastro seems to be content to split his time between his Constitution HQ game, his DeleteLawZ channels and his newly formed YouVeGotBail.AI product.
In news that had previously been announced as happening last week, DeCastro announced on Saturday that he was “in talks” to acquire up to $1,000,000.00 from investors in talks lasting until Wednesday of this week.
The diminutive YouTuber stated that his former profession as a finance specialist will come into play as he negotiates deals to officially launch the YouVeGotBail.AI product. When asked about his plans for future audits, DeCastro claimed that he would not be launching his nationwide auditing campaign until the YouVeGotBail.AI product was officially launched.
DeCastro also announced on his livestream that he would be participating in the No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Worlds in August of 2026. It is unclear which event he will be competing in as there are various events listed for the style of Jiu-Jitsu, but no world championships listed in August in California.
Long-time YouTuber DeCastro has claimed in the past to have a tremendous background in wrestling and the martial arts. He’s claimed to have trained as part of Ken Shamrock’s “Lion’s Den” in the past but has never shown footage of himself grappling or showing off his martial arts skills.
Doubters had always claimed that he was a paper tiger and that despite his bluster, DeCastro had never shown any ability to actually carry out threats he’s made in passing over the years on his livestreams.
These include the ability to suplex a police officer onto the concrete to “smash their brains in,” taking down police officers in record time, and showing police officers who is boss should he ever take them on in man-to-man combat.
They also note that DeCastro had a show down in a mixed martial arts battle scheduled with Ironton, Ohio, Police Officer Chad Gue a few years ago however, the YouTuber backed out of the battle at the last second due to issues related to his blood pressure.
DeCastro later stated that he backed out as he felt it was a trap by Gue to enforce an outstanding warrant or to lure him into an attack by Ironton area police.
In an unrelated note, Gue is currently in the running to be the new Chief of Police of Ironton. A city ordinance that would have prevented Gue from taking on the job as he lives in West Virginia was recently vetoed by Ironton Mayor Sam Cramblit.
Gue had moved to nearby Barbooursville, West Virginia, after inheriting a property from his grandmother. For the Ironton City Council to override the veto, it must pass by at least a 5-2 vote; the ordinance itself had previously passed by a 4-3 vote.
None of DeCastro’s announcements sparked activity in his related GoFundme campaigns.
Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit won Sunday with $49.00 in new value due to exchange rate changes between CAD and USD.
Monday’s crowd sourcing campaign was a tie between our own On Going Expenses campaign and SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’s Detained for MY Rights – Continuing the Fight for OUR Rights campaign, with both bringing in $100.00 in new donations.
Hudon-Huneault’s campaign placed third with $1.00 in new value due to exchange rate changes.
This is a continuing news story.

JF DeCastro also announced on his livestream that he would be participating in the No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Worlds in August of 2026.
Yes it is true. He will be there. Dressed as the mascot but still he will be there.
I think he will be the floaty guy waving to people as they drive by auto dealerships?
