Social media giant Jose “Chille” DeCastro returned to livestreaming three times on Saturday with promises of a new lawsuit, a new political party, a new claim involving our own ReallyCoolNews, an attempt to recruit 2000 paid users for his DeleteLawz.com, and ultimately, an announcement where he appeared to declare his main DeleteLawZ YouTube channel all but dead.
Starting with DeCastro’s first stream botched attempt at either a jab at our channel or an attempt to enhance his mythos.
Last week we reported in our Discord and on our nightly YouTube show that we had problems with purchasing a YouTube promotion when DeCastro is the subject. We run one promotion on YouTube a month for $20.00 in order to promote the channel in general and to expose it to possible new subscribers.
Twice last week when we attempted to do our monthly promotion with two different news stories on DeCastro, they were rejected for “election advertising.” Again, we mentioned it on the air during our nightly YouTube live show and on both our Discord server and on Merb’s discord server.
To our surprise, DeCastro mentioned it on his Saturday livestream, with his own unique spin on the events:
What’s going on, Playboys? I kind of hit this um Oh shit, I kind of hit this place of um what do you call it acceptance that no matter what I’m gonna do, especially now, did you know that this guy the other day Tried to run an ad. Guy tried to run an ad.
And um he tried to run an ad to promote a article he had written about me, some guy And what happened was when he tried to run the article, when he tried to run the ad, it came back and it said, you can’t run this ad because that’s a politician. I swear I shit you not. Would I shit you?
Would I shit my favorite turd? I would not. Put it in the chat.
Later revisiting the subject:
The other day someone tried to run an article about me and they tried to pay for an ad and they couldn’t do it because I’m a because they said I’m a politician, which is just incre it which just insane It’s just insane.
Again, DeCastro was in error. We do not run outside advertisements for the articles we publish on our website. It was a YouTube promotion, which would more than likely given DeCastro a true grievance against the platform.
Instead, DeCastro turned his attention to Facebook with a new announcement:
I’m about to sue Facebook in small claims court. I’ve already set it up. I’m gonna start that pretty quick here Roberto.
I’m gonna find out a lot more about you, man. I’ll give you my answer.
Because they keep on suspending my channel, but there’s no real process to appeal So I went down I went all the way down the line using three different AIs to try to figure out the best way to sue Facebook. The best way to sue Facebook is in small claims. For $12,500.
So I already sent off the demand letter. If they don’t respond within 30 days, then I file a small claim suit. It’ll take about two, three more months after that.
I’ll sue them for $12,500.
That led to a second livestream where DeCastro announced that he was in the process of starting a new political party and would not end his livestream until he had 2,000 paying members on his website.
They took away ninety percent of the income that I make. So this stream is specifically to try to get 2,000 members on deletelaws.com So I need you to go to deletelaws. com. That’s my website right there, delete laws. com, and sign up to be a member. Because the truth is Is that I’m a constitutional law scholar and I’m a First Amendment auditor. And I’m one of the best First Amendment auditors in the country. YouTube has demonetized all of us, which takes away 90% of the revenue that we make on this channel So what I’m asking you to do now is go to my website, delete laws.
This is an active count. I currently have 261 members. It’s $5 a month, $10 a month. $22 a month or $100 a month. You can become any level member that you want. And now I’m streaming all of my content through my website because these social media companies are going to shut me down.
If you guys don’t know and you don’t follow my YouTube channel, I have created a new political party, completely drafted it from top to bottom. It’s called the Constitutional Changes Party because we have so many problems in this country because our constitutional rights are not being upheld. What’s the most basic one? That you have to get out of your car. We’re seeing thousands and thousands of people being ordered out of their cars, and it ends in absolute chaos and mayhem. So Knowing that these things have to change, I have to create an apparatus so that I can create funding for the four employees and myself.
That work for delete laws because we have to change this. I’ll be creating a new channel called the Constitutional Changes Political Party. Somebody had to create a new party, and since May of this year, I have been drafting the exact platform of the Constitutional Changes Party. So I can’t see the comments because I I have the cameras facing me. I can’t see what anybody’s saying. But what I need you to do is go to my website right here. We’re at 261.
We got to get to 2,000 members. 2,000 members at $5 a piece or $10 a piece. And we have to create a new political movement in this country because as you know, the Democrats and Republicans have sold us out. Completely and utterly sold us out. None of them are fighting for our constitutional rights. All of them endorse a police state. When the idea of defund the police came around, every Democrat and every Republican ran from it.
The truth is, is we do need to defund the police and refund rights protectors and peace officers. That’s the cold hard truth. I need to see this number right here get to 2,000. Let me let me check the side here and see what you guys are saying here. We need to get to two.
DeCastro would give up on his goal after 31 minutes and a total of eight new members to his website. Ending the stream with:
That’s what they’ve I’m asking you now to go to my website. You were so willing to give these dog shit social media companies $5 a month to be a member of my channel before. Will you give it directly to me? Will you go to my website, delete laws. com and become a member on my website? Because when they kick me off all of social media when I present the governor’s handbook Then you’ll be able to find me and I’m not gonna stop.
Later adding:
I don’t know if I can get this message out. I’m gonna need your help. You need to share this message with other people. This number has got to get to 2,000. We’re still at 269 It’s gotta get to 2,000.
We need 2,000 members on that website. That’s how many we need. So that you guys can always keep up with me. The governor’s handbook and this new political party. I’m gonna present it. I’ve been working on it for months and months. It has to be presented. We have to have an alternative to dumb publicans and retardicans who are owned. Absolutely owned.
I’ve had several fights with people on Instagram over the last couple weeks. Well, if we had voted for this D, or if we voted for this R, we would get the exact same thing. Wars, bombs, cops, and cages is what we would get, no matter who you vote for. No matter who you vote for. We get endless, pointless, stupid wars. I mean there just so you know, I’ve helped just in my my last six years in front of the camera, I’ve helped thousands and thousands of people.
How come there’s only a hundred people on YouTube? Why is that? The thousands of people who I’ve helped are not even being alerted that I’m online right now. They’re not even being told. After that disappointment, DeCastro would later return for a nearly five hour long stream that ended with DeCastro’s dire assessment of his channel’s future:
I’m so super grateful for all the people who Who gave DLZ donations over this time period right now because I’m completely upside down right now. Uh we didn’t make enough money this week to cover payroll, so I’m gonna have to pull money out to cover payroll for the four different people that work for this company. We didn’t make it.
Didn’t didn’t cover payroll this week. First time since I’ve been out of jail I didn’t cover payroll. So Uh there’s nothing more I can do about it.
I just have to I think I’m just gonna have to do some audits and I’m gonna have to Uh you uh Instagram shadow banned the channel the same time that Facebook shadow banned the channel the same time that YouTube demonetized the channel. So that is what happened. That’s what happened.
So all at one time, all the social media channels shadow banned the channel. So uh we were getting a lot of views on Instagram And that they just turned them off pretty much. They just turned them off is what they did.
So they they they cut them by 80%. They cut the views on Instagram by 80% So hopefully it’ll come back. Still doing um Still doing uh 12.
9 million views on Instagram this past month. So so if you take a look, this is this is how many views we got this month on Instagram 12. 9 million and on YouTube just just I’m just keeping a record here.
We’re down from 24 million views on YouTube. Down to 17. 7 mil million views on YouTube.
I expect this number right here to go to 200,000, maybe less. I think that this channel’s dead Is what I think. So I think I’m gonna have to start a new channel.
Didn’t make payroll, and I don’t think that this channel will survive, to be honest with you I think that I mean look our our core people are gone. There’s people who are here all the time and a lot of people are gone. So it’s just the simple facts of it.
