YouTube entertainer, world renowned “thought leader,” journalist and First Amendment auditing superstar Jose “Chille” DeCastro held a fundraiser for a jailed Ohio woman on a strange livestream where DeCastro was accused by observers of overcompensating for his recent antisemitic remarks to show that he was not racist.

The antisemitic accusations have followed DeCastro for a good part of 2026 as his YouTube channel was briefly suspended after he made stereotypical comments about the people of Israel controlling the American banking system.

He then started using code words “our friends in the middle” on YouTube and obscene coded language on Twitter as he attempted to get around keyword flags on YouTube. DeCastro has continued to promote anti-Israel and anti-Jewish tropes since then, claiming that the United States is run by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

DeCastro has also fully embraced the Pizzagate conspiracy theories, that alien lizard men are active in the world, that data centers are housing “humanoid robots” who will replace humanity and that FLOCK cameras are part of various conspiracies that are out to ruin the world as we know it.

On Wednesday, DeCastro attempted to fight some of the racism charges by overly enthusiastically embracing the plight of Raushanah Boykin, an Ohio woman who has been in jail since November after being convicted of battery on a police officer.

DeCastro was alerted to arrest footage of the incident that led to the conviction, where Portage, Ohio, sheriff Bruce Zuchowski can be heard screaming the so-called N-word before taking Boykin to the ground during the arrest.

The YouTuber was so outraged by the use of the N-Word, saying that he had to stop listening to 90’s rap music because he couldn’t stand the word, that he had to replay the five second clip over fifty times on the two-hour livestream.

Boykin’s arrest footage was provided by Facebook personality Will Lane, who runs a page called “The Bad Bruce Exhibit” devoted to Zuchowski. He claimed that Zuchowski’s account had previously been suspended by the online community platform for inappropriate racial language and both Lane and DeCastro noted the “KKK” in a post where Zuchowski announced that he was “BACKKK!”

DeCastro let his black followers on Instagram know that he was on their side and that he and Lane could represent for them on this issue. The YouTuber explaining that he was a civil rights activist on behalf on African Americans on TikTok before false accusations of racism took down his TikTok empire in 2022.

When he was informed that he could not directly put money in Boykin’s prison account, Lane provided DeCastro with Boykin’s CashApp account and DeCastro managed to help raise a little over $362.00 in the two-hour broadcast.

DeCastro would later be joined on a three-way call with Lane and Boykin’s mother, who DeCastro promised to further support in a later livestream before ending the livestream as he declared that he had eight minutes to make a dentist appointment.

This is a developing news story.
