Future candidate for “government,” Jose “Chille” DeCastro went live Thursday morning to announce that he bought a new phone with no association with his current social media accounts in order to launch his new social media presence next week following a demonetization by YouTube and a “shadow ban” by Instagram.
Starting with the latest DeCastro related legal news.
On Wednesday, attorney Katherine F. Parks attempted to file an appearance on DeCastro’s behalf in his long dormant federal lawsuit against various defendants out of Ironton, Ohio.
The court reminded the Nevada based Parks that she needed to seek pro hac vice status before filing an appearance in the case. To do so, she’d need to be sponsored by a local attorney.
The case itself is strange as all of the Ironton defendants were removed from the lawsuit in May, when Judge Michael R. Barrett granted their motion to dismiss.
There is a pending motion to dismiss by the Lawrence County defendants that has awaited a ruling since March.
It’s unclear what DeCastro would be seeking to do with the case as his main targets, the Ironton defendants, are no longer a part of the case.
In other legal news, attorneys for Judge Ann Zimmerman filed for an extension to file her response to DeCastro’s complaint in his lawsuit against her and nearly everyone involved in his conviction for and acquittal of charges of interference in a traffic stop and obstructing an officer.
The request makes it clear that judicial immunity is one of the defenses planned to be used by Zimmerman’s attorneys and asked for a delay until November 20, 2026, to file the response to DeCastro’s complaint.
DeCastro himself apparently missed his chance to file an amended complaint in the lawsuit as he had not filed it by the midnight PT deadline on Wednesday.
The failed Power Ranger was given this opportunity in September following the Court’s dismissal of DeCastro’s claims against defendant Agnes Botelho in her individual capacity along with his Monell claims against Clark County based on conduct of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, officer Brandon Borque, Judge Zimmerman and Judge Michelle Leavitt were dismissed with prejudice.
His Monell claim against Clark County based on the conduct of Botelho and the Joe Doe bailiffs were dismissed without prejudice.
Around the deadline to file his response, the diminutive YouTuber was going live on his various social media channels with a bevy of new announcements about his social media presence.
You know, we uh I have to go live because I gotta create some short videos But um we are super close to launching the new channel and this has happened twice before in my career, so If you guys don’t know that, I’ve had my accounts deleted a couple of times before. So essentially that’s what YouTube did for this account. If you’re watching this, you’re one of the few people who gets notifications or come in and check.
But it’s It is what it is. To tell people who are not regular members of Team DLZ where we’ve gone to. But YouTube has totally killed the channel.
So instead of crying about it anymore, I’m just gonna I just accept it. I just move on and that’s what I’ll do. I’ll just I’m just gonna move on.
You know and the next channel is is a channel that teaches teaches you how to what is that? I’m not even sure what that is. Discard and exit.
Adding news on his new phone:
You I’m only gonna be on this channel maybe twice a week. Maybe twice a week. New channels coming.
New channels coming. I’m gonna go back on TikTok Rick Rock. I ordered the new phone today.
It’s actually a used phone because I gotta watch the money. But I I I ordered a refurbished phone for the new channel. I have no choice.
I had to. You know, I just gotta watch the money right now. So I ordered a refurbished phone so I could open a new Instagram, new TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X on the new phone.
So it won’t have any association with my phones. It’ll be a new phone though.
Then later adding more information about his new channel:
So I got the I got the new phone. I got a refurbished phone, but I got it. And um So now we’re gonna open a new Instagram, a new TikTok, a new Facebook, a new YouTube, and a new a new Twitter on all on the new phone.
That way there’s no social media history on it. And um After my little Athena passed away, I just can’t get another dog, said Von Wolfington. I know it.
I don’t know if I’ll be able to get one either, to be honest with you I think so too, Vincent Photography. I think so too. And this new channel I created is fucking dope.
And I don’t have a choice. I have I have no choice. And I have to create a channel that I can say, is this safe for kids to watch?
And I click, yes, kids can watch it. So there’ll be no cursing on it. I’m just gonna teach the history of law.
Now it’s gonna be pretty passionate because I care so deeply about the history of law. You know, people say, well, you are a sovereign citizen. Like, no. We’re all sovereign in our own way.
We’re supposed to be sovereign human beings. But as far as being a sovereign citizen where I don’t believe the rule of law applies to me, I’m not at all a sovereign citizen, not even close. I’m all for the rule of law.
But this is not the rule of law. And this is the entire first lecture. The entire first uh 10-minute lecture is all about, and and there’s gonna be some graphics and stuff in there, but um we’ll see what happens.
We’ll see what happens, you know We shall see what happens. We shall see what happens. But I know I’m not gonna quit no matter what.
I’m never gonna stop. I’ll never give up Ever, no matter what occurs, I’ll just keep going. I’ll just keep fighting.
If you quit, you die. You know what I’m saying? I did have a backup channel of Sweet Leaf.
It was demonetized as well. DLZ Clips was demonetized. American Patriot Forever was demonetized as well.
They demonetized both of those channels.
Oh, yours was born the 1st of January. She’ll be 13.
Is that right, Nancy Graham? Send me a picture. Email me a picture, Nancy Graham.
Delete Laws at Gmail. Shoot me a picture. And I’m switching over to Proton Mail.
So I mean hopefully this channel can stay here and we’ll continue to put out shorts on this channel for a while and also some long-form videos. So that we can ha we can uh keep this channel going a little bit. But sooner or later this channel will die.
It will be completely dead Delete laws will be how we started. And it’ll be one of those things in ten years, you know, four years from now we’ll look back and be like, oh, you remember Delete Laws? Yeah, that was with all the hats and all the merch.
You know, so it’s like Yeah, winky. Yeah. Yeah.
And you know what? This was a meteoric rise. The very first video I made for delete laws got a million views.
And that was on TikTok. So It’s uh you know it’s crazy. It’s crazy.
One forty four So I’ll put these shorts out today. Make sure you guys when you see the shorts, make sure you watch them and uh like them, subscribe. Oh, you gotta send me a picture, Nancy Graham.
The inventor of the Jock Sock promised that he would livestream again on Friday or Saturday and a full launch of his new channel “Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday” of next week.
No mention was made of his previous announced rebrand, YouVeGotBail.AI, for which he took thousands in technology over the summer to a GoFundMe account to “secure the technology.”
That campaign did not meet DeCastro’s deadlines and he said he needed to borrow from a family member to secure said “technology.”
There was no new activity for DeCastro’s last remaining GoFundMe campaign for Wednesday or Thursday.
SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes won Wednesday with a single $100.00 donation to his YouTube Demonetized Long Island Audit, Help Us Keep Fighting campaign.
Aiden “Turtleboy” Kearney won Thursday with $25.00 in new donations to his GiveSendGo account.
John “First Amendment Protection Agency” Medaglia placed second with $20.00 in new donations to his ILLEGAL ARREST DEFENSE FUND!!!
Reyes placed third with $5.00 to his Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign.
DeCastro announced that he will be streaming again on Friday or Saturday.
In a late breaking update, Jose “Chille” DeCastro was notified by United States Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler that he has until October 29 to respond to Judge Zimmerman’s request for an extension.
