An angry Jose “Chille” DeCastro livestreamed twice over Wednesday and Thursday fundraising for his latest effort to raise $15,000.00 to fight the roughly $800.00 in fees he is facing from last weekend’s arrest for walking in the street where a sidewalk is available and for obstructing an officer for allegedly failing to give his social security number when he was being booked into jail.
DeCastro rallied his fan base for funds stating that he can’t borrow the money he needed from his family like he did to help fund his YouVeGotBail.AI project, because this was a legal proceeding and not a business-related transaction.
His efforts have apparently paid off as the diminutive YouTuber brought in another $1,127.00 towards his $15,000.00 goal on Friday, bringing his total to $2,690.00 for the campaign.
Lane Myers placed second with $247.00 in new donations, SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes tied with himself to place third with $50.00 donations to his Support the Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption and Detained for MY Rights – Continuing the Fight for Our Rights campaign. The campaign for Luis “Real Constitutional Upholders” Johnson raised $5.00 in new donations to take fourth place.
No other campaigns that we follow saw new donations for the day.
DeCastro will use his $15,000.00 to pay for the services of Josh Tomsheck of the firm Holland & Tomsheck. Tomsheck previously represented DeCastro, also for a $15,000.00 flat fee, when he successfully got prosecutors to drop charges against DeCastro for his Feb 14, 2024, arrest in Las Vegas.
The failed Power Ranger announced that he was done using “mid-tier” attorneys like his “friend” Michael Mee, who is representing DeCastro is his appeal of his recent loss to the Las Vegas Metro Police Force in federal court, and will only use top rated lawyers from the Superlawers.com website.
DeCastro assured his fans that he will continue to require them to fund the lawyers, and for their money he now has top lawyers on his cases in Ohio and Oklahoma. He pledged that he will be filing a new federal civil rights lawsuit against the LVMPD and will hire a “top notch civil rights attorney” to handle combining that case and his existing lawsuit against the LVMPD for the Valentine’s Day arrest.
No mention was made of Attorney Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq., who is handling DeCastro’s lawsuit against YouTuber Irish Demon.
DeCastro also promised that he would file suit against the Clark County Detention Center, where he was housed during his brief stay in jail after being convicted of obstructing an officer and interference in a crime scene in 2024.
The YouTuber said, “they would pay for what they did to me,” but never clarified exactly what “they” did to him. DeCastro is fighting a two-year statute of limitations for that suit, which has run out over the past two days.
Turning his attention to his products, he claimed that all of his current products were “sold out” due to high demand from his supporters. He said that he hadn’t shipped products since June 22, and that he would soon be catching up on shipping orders.
DeCastro also stated that he would be running “as a collective” for Governor, reducing his choices of states to California, New Mexico, Arizona and New York.
The YouTuber is expected to go live later today.
