In a move predicted by nearly everyone who has watched a Jose “Chille” DeCastro video in the past two years, the diminutive YouTuber announced that his long-promised YouVeGotBail.AI project had suffered a “setback” and while he was still “regularly” working on the project, he was looking to take its branding off of his auto plaque product.
YouVeGotBail.AI was DeCastro’s ambitious never fully defined project to serve as a sometime replacement for GoFundMe and GiveSendGo, where DeCastro would collect money, with a percentage held for distribution fees, to pay bond for those who were in jail.
His promises varied from getting someone out of jail in an hour to eight hours, guaranteed, even if there were mandatory holds in the state, city or county jail that the person ended up in. It was a promise of help, based on DeCastro’s crowd sourcing abilities and…
It was also a media organization, a fulfillment of his long-time dream where he would unite all the first amendment auditors. Under his guidance, they’d pay dues to him to get assignments and for accredited press passes that could be used to gain access to anywhere or anything the real press could!
It was also announced as his personal slush fund, where he would use the money collected by the company to post bond for himself as he traveled the United States and performed audits. Calling himself one of the greatest auditors who ever lived, he promised entertaining audits and real change through your support.
He launched the fifth amendment auto plaque as the first product earlier in the year in order to help finance the company. A high-priced acrylic replacement for his “indestructible” trifold product (for which he recently issued a product notice that the trifold product was known to melt in high heat situations), branded with the future: YouVeGotBail.AI!
A “total rebrand” because everyone was conspiring against him – from Isreal to the American politicians to the trolls – and he needed a fresh start with a fresh outlook and…
It all fell apart in June.
DeCastro started up a GoFundMe to help fund a patent for the YouVeGotBail.AI product. He said he needed $12,000.00 to pay a “patent attorney” to patent the “technology” behind the product. But then he said he was raising $25,000.00 by a set date so he could also pay off all of the fines and fees and costs of his on-going for-profit unrelated lawsuits.
He laughed at the “trolls” and gave himself a set date in June where YouVeGotBail.AI would fully launch and all the trolls would be in awe as he toured the countryside doing audits after raising the $25,000.00!
The first deadline was moved back, the second deadline was moved back, DeCastro raised around $6,000.00 in June and would later abandon the GoFundMe and take a “personal loan from a family member” to pay the $12,000.00 he said he owed the patent attorney.
Then DeCastro got arrested.
July 3, 2026.
He walked in the street when a sidewalk was available. He refused to give his social security number during the booking process for that arrest and…
Suddenly, DeCastro had “proof” that “they” were going to lock him up. Suddenly, DeleteLawZ the brand made headlines again. Suddenly, there was an interest in him as he yelled and screamed and pushed his merchandise.
DeCastro’s $15,000.00 GoFundMe to hire a high powered attorney to get him out of $800.00 in fines that could be easily paid and avoid jail time, became a crusade to avoid America’s greatest “thought leader” being taken into jail.
Dozens of people bought his merchandise, to the point where he had to order new products. He redesigned the “indestructible” trifold to feature less information and bigger text and when he was going for a second printing of the auto plaque he noticed that his DeleteLawZ logo would look better on it than YouVeGotBail.AI.
With that, YouVeGotBail.AI is delayed and his fans are throwing money at him again. He’s made $5,731.00 in a week since he started the GoFundMe. Which was more than the YouVeGotBail.AI GoFundMe raised in a month.
He made $1,406.00 on Sunday to take the crowdsourcing title. He was followed by Lane Myers, who made $30.00 and our own Ongoing Expenses fund, which took in $25.00.
For Monday, he made $414.00 to take the day. Followed by the undying fund to get James “James Freeman” Springer out of jail, despite him being out of jail for quite some time, which brought in $100.00.
Even though DeCastro took down a livestream devoted to attacking the recently dead Senator Lindsey Graham, he’s still riding high, flush with cash and filing even more for-profit lawsuits and YouVeGotBail.AI and all that money taken in from his fans?
It’ll be there for his next rebrand.
[Full disclosure: ReallyCoolNews is not going to rebrand, though we do apparently offer merchandise. Who knew?
