A statement from the Publisher of ReallyCoolNews

We are a news organization. We publish news articles.

In the course of publishing news articles we also publish documents from PACER and other Federal, State and Local websites.

The courts make those documents available to the public and the courts use the “real names” of those identified in lawsuits and often publish unredacted information within those court documents that then become part of the public record.

It is our policy to use the names used by the courts in our news stories. We also use the name other news outlets use in the rare cases that a subject of one of our news stories is also picked up in mainstream media.

If that information is publicly available, as a news outlet, we’re going to use that information.

We only protect identities of the subjects of our news stories when identifying those individuals could lead to real life harm to the individual or if the name is not publicly available. If a person’s identity is unknown to us, we will use their channel name or what they identify themselves as on their channels.

It is also our policy not to publish the home address, social security numbers, telephone numbers or other non-publicly identify information in our news articles. That would be an example of doxing under legal and ethical standards.

While that information may be contained in the court documents, we do not go out of our way to publicize that information. We also do not take part in “bounty” programs designed to out the information of someone we don’t like, and we do not engage in calls for call flooding or going to someone’s residence or workplace.

On October 24, 2026, we received information that Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker attempted to privacy strike our latest news article featuring his reporting of David “Dr. Dave” Coulter to Ohio police. A privacy claim had indeed been field that listed the entire length of the video as violating YouTube’s privacy policy. YouTube declined to take action against our channel based on that complaint.

Later that evening, Mr. Kueker and his associates made accusations that we doxxed a number of individuals as we redistribute court records as part of the services we provide on our Discord server and on Merb34st’s Discord server.

One particular accusation stands out as interesting. Mr. Kueker sued an individual identified in the court record as Frauditor Roundup. That case was settled in March of 2026 and a document prepared by Mr. Kueker’s attorney on Mr. Kueker’s behalf in the settlement of the case outed the identity of Frauditor Roundup.

As our policy, the document appeared in our document dumps area on our Discord server and on Merb34st’s server. It is officially part of the court record, and it is our policy to publish the documents we obtain from the court records.

However, as we did not cover the end of that case in a news article or news video, we did not identify Frauditor Roundup by the name given in that court document. He was listed as a John Doe or as “Frauditor Roundup” throughout our coverage as that is what the court called him.

To clarify, had he been named in the lawsuit from the beginning and not as a John Doe defendant, we would have treated Frauditor Roundup like anyone else and used the name identified by the court in our coverage. That is simply part of our responsibility as a news outlet.

We understand that Mr. Kueker is currently frustrated by events in his life. He has every right to be concerned about the coverage he receives as part of his on-going activities as a journalist and a first amendment auditor.

However, his identity is part of the public record. Like anyone, a simple Google search will reveal publicly available information on his arrests, his divorce, his profiles on questionable websites he may have forgotten about. Alas, Google is forever.

If Mr. Kueker does something newsworthy, we’re going to report it regardless of the harassment we may receive in response to our coverage. We will not be intimidated by harassment campaigns, nor will we alter our news coverage based on his accusations.
