Wallace Fundraising Continues to Struggle

YouTuber Floyd Wallace carried out his previous threat and turned off super chats on his live stream on Tuesday, claiming that they would be off as YouTube was in the process of reverifying his AdSense connection and he did not want to lose money to the corporate giant during the time it was off.

Wallace claimed that it may take “months” for his channel to be reverified by YouTube and directed his viewers to donate to his CashApp, Venmo and PayPal accounts as an alternative to super chats.

He offered a “buy one get one free” deal for those who wanted to pose questions to him, directing his viewers that they would be able to ask him two questions for every $2.00 donation. He then ordered Jackie, his only real moderator, to purge all trolls from chat as they presented themselves.

Wallace was again fundraising for his new passport. He said he had an appointment at the United States embassy on August 22 to get his new passport on an emergency basis as he had planned to leave the country on August 25. He was seeking $150.00 in donations to his passport fund.

The YouTuber then went into a long comparison of Colombia and Brazil during the live stream. According to Wallace, Brazil was favorable for his belief that the women would have sex with a man immediately upon meeting him and for the better tasting food. Colombia won for cost of living, cheap apartments and more relaxed atmosphere.

He went on to warn travelers that men were more susceptible to being drugged and robbed while in Colombia. Warning that iPhone users were targeted as iPhones were a huge status symbol in the country and thieves went out of their way to target men carrying the brand of phones.

Wallace ended the live stream at a little over an hour, bemoaning the fact that he had only raised $5.00 from his crowd sourcing attempt. He again threatened to turn his “Foreign Only” channel into another auditing channel should donations not pick up once he leaves the United States.

The YouTuber is expected to stream again this afternoon.
