Turtleboy Claims Peter Charged (Again)

“Turtleboy” Aidan Kearney made headlines on Wednesday as he announced that Kate Peter had again been charged with felony witness intimidation, leaving out his involvement in the case and his potential biases in his reporting in his announcement.

Which leads us to report on our own biases before we start this column.

ReallyCoolNews began as a daily update on Kate Peter’s Masshole Troll Mafia Chille DeCastro forum. At one point we were approached about becoming part of Kate’s group, but turned down the opportunity to remain independent, since we had an existing website that we were focusing on.

We haven’t directly spoken (to our recollection) to Kate in over a year but claims of bias could be made as we got our start in her forums, and we’ve spoken in the past on various issues.

See. Potential bias declared. Please judge the story and my reporting on that bias as you read through it.

On Thursday, Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney ran a twitter post that Kate Peter was charged in Dedham, Massachusetts, District Court with two more counts of felony witness intimidation.

Kearney’s wording of his tweet implied that the action was a new arrest and that things were happening in the case. It was a new indictment, yes, but no arrest was made as far as the record shows and the incident happened on July 11, 2024.

The only incident we’ve found that corresponds to that date was an incident on July 11 where Peter was at a traffic light outside the courthouse while Kearney was attending a hearing and Peter flipped off the crowd after taunts were made of her.

Neither Aidan Kearney or ex- girlfriend Lauren Murray, who have protective orders against her, were seen in the crowd and, at the time, Kearney’s restraining order was believed to be 30 feet, which would make it nearly impossible to violate Kearney’s restraining order due to proximity issues. Kearney or Murray would have had to have filed charges against Peter as police were not on the scene nor did Peter linger.

Later in the summer, Kearney would attempt to file charges against Peter for standing near a police officer when Kearney walked up to the officer at a protest outside of Karen Read’s last hearing in her murder trial. The cop explained that it didn’t work that way and Kearney did not get an indictment of Peter for the incident… as of yet.

Kearney’s claims that multiple courts are considering revoking Peter’s bail or bond seem to be just that at this time, as there’s no reflection of any of this when you look up her cases.

As an “award winning journalist” Kearney reporting the “news,” his own past history with Peter was left out, along with the fact that he was the reporting figure and directly involved in the indictment.

Peter is set to be arraigned for the new charges on October 1, 2024.

  1. In other words TB lied again.
His delusional wishful thinking just goes to show you how addled his so called brain is.

The world will be a much better place when he is sent to jail for a dozen years on all of his charges. Then when he gets out, he will be older, hopefully more mature and stable and live a full and productive life as opposed to the worthless piece of snot he is existing in now.
    Harsh?
Yes but my opinion none the less about this idiot
