In what could only be called a “victory” for those opposing the efforts by Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova to enforce his copyright registration on YouTube, the YouTuber known as the Exposer unhid his YouTube channel on Friday.

Appearing on Frauditor Mania’s channel in a joint celebratory livestream, The Exposer announced that he had originally voluntarily given his channel a three-week “break” as he was facing multiple copyright strikes over using Cordova’s material and was facing a take down of the channel by YouTube.

During his “break,” Cordova, represented by that Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq. proceeded to file an actual lawsuit against both the Exposer and his attorney, Lee Rapkin, in the United States District Court of the Norther District of California.

In that case, Rapkin is being sued as she took responsibility for The Exposer’s actions as she submitted a single DMCA counter notice on behalf of the Exposer for the 17 videos that received copyright takedown notices from YouTube.

Rapkin stated that each of the videos “was significantly transformed by detailed editing and elaborate commentary throughout” in her counterclaim, despite many of the videos containing no commentary by the Exposer other than the use of short clips from popular TV shows.

Cordova, through Newman, is seeking monetary damages, declaratory judgement and a permanent injunction to stop the Exposer from further use of the videos in question.

The Exposer addressed the lawsuit in the livestream with Frauditor Mania, with both men taking time to mock attorney Newman and the socially awkward Cordova.

Addressing the lawsuit, the Exposer said repeated that there was “no stress” as his YouTube channel was registered through a company and not in his individual name. He claimed that he hears from his attorneys every few days and there is “no stress” as they are extremely confident that they will prevail in the matter.

He said that his return of his YouTube channel would be limited at first and that all of his previous videos would remain private for now on advice of his attorneys. His future content would focus on livestreaming as the lawsuit moved forward.

Frauditor Mania interjected that he felt that the lawsuit, along with other suits by Cordova and Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker, were “frivolous” and that Newman would lose his reputation as he would be known for filing lawsuits that would never work out in his favor.

Mania also asserted that Newman was only targeting YouTube channels that had value or money behind them, which was, in his view, “the definition of bad faith litigation.”

The livestream was briefly interrupted by YouTuber Brooklyn Teflon Audit, made famous for various streams where he openly shoplifted on the streets of New York City in 2024, who the pair mocked for several minutes before returning to their critique of Cordova’s lawsuit.

Promising a return of his Friday streams, the Exposer, joined by Frauditor Mania, explained that they both had lives outside of YouTube and that if the Friday streams don’t happen as scheduled, they’d happen some time over the following weekend.

In a follow-up to our previous coverage, Frauditor Comedy Show’s “story Time with Raggedy Ass Ann” video has been removed by YouTube. The direct link to the video now displays a notice that reads, “This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Executive Lens LLC.”

Executive Lens LLC is the limited liability company owned by Christopher Cordova.

The video itself started with 35 seconds of introduction, followed by a clip from the movie ‘Braveheart’ where Mel Gibson’s character said that he was going to “pick a fight.” It was seen as an intentional shot at what some are calling Cordova’s strong-arm tactics in enforcing his copyright on YouTube’s platform.

Frauditor Comedy Show had previously received acclaim from Cordova and attorney Newman for producing a series of videos that managed to use Cordova’s footage in a critical tone without violating the “fair use” doctrine.

The owner of the Frauditor Comedy Show channel has not released a statement on the video’s removal. No legal action has been filed against the channel as of press time.
