Kevin “The Angry Vet” Soper continued his new role as a Maryland based “vigilante” Monday night as he returned to the home of a man that he has previously accused of racism and being involved in an altercation with a member of the military.
Soper, accompanied by another man tentatively identified as YouTuber Baltimore County Observer, described himself as “a real veteran” who would not stand for racism of any sort at the start of the broadcast. He filmed himself brazenly parking in the area of the man’s home and reported that he could see the man sitting on his front porch as Soper approached.
The man and his wife went into his home upon spotting Soper, who immediately made the claim that the man was subscribed to his channel and monitoring his broadcasts. Soper then went behind the man’s property to see if the man emerged from this back door.
Soper went directly up to the house and knocked on the front door. He was confronted by a female occupant of the house, who said he was trespassing and demanded that he leave the property. Soper hurled insults at the woman and her husband before complying.
As he continued his insults as he stood on the sidewalk in front of the house.
Soper blundered up the street and behind the homes of multiple neighbors who had interacted with Soper on his previous visit to the area. When a woman who Soper had previously attempted to flirt with on his last visit, began yelling that she did not want him on her property, he returned her calls with insults about her appearance and attitude.
The Veteran gloated that he had heard that an elderly couple was forced to move from their home after his previous video, where he singled them out for abuse. The man, a retired worker for the Baltimore Sun newspaper, apparently was doxed online by one of Soper’s female followers, who he called a “dumb bitch” for her actions.
Three police cruisers appeared on scene as Soper was returning to the front of his target’s house. An officer said that Soper had a right to film from the sidewalk and he would explain the situation to the homeowners.
That development emboldened Soper, who went back to the front of the supposed racist couple’s home and returned to insulting and degrading the couple, challenging the man to a fight. Dundalk police refused to intervene as Soper stormed up the street to insult other neighbors, and instead, tried to diffuse the situation by meeting with the homeowners individually.
Soper ended his broadcast as police were leaving the area without arrest. He promised he would return at a later time to continue his activities.
