YouTuber Kevin “The Angry Vet” Soper met up with a masked buddy and took to the streets of Dundalk, Maryland, Tuesday afternoon to confront a man they saw displaying racist behavior in a Facebook posting.

The men had apparently seen a Facebook video from a Dundalk neighborhood featuring a heavyset old man making racial comments towards his neighbor. The man was apparently upset about parking spots in the area in front of his house and videos apparently showed he was intimidating people who parked in front of his house.

Soper, dressed in blue outfit with a flack vest reading “press,” lead the masked man directly to the home of the purported racist’s house. While he said he didn’t want to say where he was, he eventually said that he was in Dundalk.

The pair walked around to the back of the town house, with several individual properties in the shared building. Soper zoomed in on the back door and proclaimed that the man didn’t appear to be home.

They then wandered down the street into a dead end and walked directly onto a property where they were confronted by the owner, who asked what they were doing. A debate ensued between the two men, the owner, a couple up the street and a man standing in the road.

Soper was in the process of explaining that he had every right to be creeping around their property and filming when Soper determined that someone had called the police and he and his friend quickly exited the scene.

The pair had better luck walking around to the front of the houses, where they encountered several people who had various stories about activity in the neighborhood.

One man complained about Hispanic kids parking in the area around his property after partying on the weekends. He said he’d have to chase them off after they bought food at a food truck up the street.

The food truck owner denied any problems with anyone on the street, other than about parking, since parking spots along the road were limited. Soper gave a shoutout to the food truck, which didn’t appear to be open at the moment.

Finally, Soper encountered a couple who showed him a video of a confrontation between the two and the neighbor in question. The man Soper accused of racism made several crude remarks and could be seen yelling at the pair in the video.

The couple confirmed that the man was apparently not home at the moment and that their primary conflict with the man was over parking. Soper tied the older man from the couple he encountered at the start of the video to racism, which he say, would explain why they were negative towards him.

Undeterred, Soper filmed in front of the man’s property for several minutes before pledging that he’d be back to serve as neighborhood protector in the future after Memorial Day weekend.

Soper’s two livestreams from the scene drew 88 live viewers at peak and 48 live viewers at peak.
