The Angry Vet Continues Attacks on Chille’s Angels

YouTuber Kevin “The Angry Vet” Soper returned to what has become his standard format of livestream on Wednesday as he picked up fast food, drove some and ate it on camera while pledging unity, but dishing dirt and directing insults at members of the First Amendment auditing community.

Soper again directed his ire at “Chille’s Angels” (Thomas “LetzOTVO” Prowitzky and Matthew “Brick Jonesy” Jones), with attacks on the men for their continued “snipe hunts” in pursuing finding documentation of the oaths of office taken by police officers and other elected officials in New Mexico.

The men claim that without a signed oath of office on file; state officials and the police are not legitimate. While signing an oath of office is seen as a formality after taking the oath orally, most state and local police departments mention an oath of office needing to be signed and kept on file as part of their records.

Quasi-boy-band Chille’s Angels have made it their goal to expose officers in New Mexico who do not have oaths of office officially on file at the State Capitol. Both men were arrested earlier in the year for trespassing in pursuit of their goal and have since doubled their efforts.

Soper has provoked both men but calling their quest a “snipe hunt,” as he feels that their goal isn’t real and they’re on a quest for something that doesn’t matter or doesn’t exist. He feels that it’s a formality for officers to sign an oath of office and that no officer will be punished for failing to sign the oath when they’ve taken the oath orally.

Shade was exchanged between Soper and Prowitzky during Wednesday’s livestream after Soper pledged that he wanted to unite the community, but only after “certain people” issued apologies to him.

While eating chicken sliders on camera and smoking a cigarette and seated in the front seat of his vehicle, Soper had struggled to find a topic of the livestream before settling on his attacks on the Chille’s Angels group.

Prowitzky fired back with accusations that Soper faked an incident in Rockville, South Carolina last year, where Soper claimed to have brain injuries following an incident with police.

Eventually, Soper dared Prowitzky to call his phone on air or back down after Prowitzky apparently threatened to release Soper’s cell phone number. Soper added a cheerful shot at Prowitzky, more widely known by his username “LetzOTVO,” by asking how his campaign to overturn the Supreme Court’s Terry vs. Ohio ruling was going.

Strangely, Soper made no mention of the on-going campaign to raise money to make a donation to children’s charity Locks of Love during the broadcast. Soper is seeking $10,000.00 in funding to motivate him to make a donation of ten inches of his hair to the charity. All monetary donations to the campaign are set to go to help fund his Citizens for American Rights Society (SCARS) organization.

The SCARS backed campaign has yet to take in a donation for the campaign to the GoFundMe it uses for all donations to the organization. The organizers of the campaign have also recently missed their deadline to raise $1,000.00 to prepare Soper’s hair for the larger donation.

Soper himself has come off as apathetic towards the hair cutting campaign and his failure to mention the campaign during the stream seemed deliberate. While he pledged that he’d shave his head, beard and eyebrows if a $15,000.00 goal was reached on a recent livestream, when pressed, his responses seemed to indicate that he had little involvement in the campaign and was going to do little to support the cutting of his hair.

The YouTuber turned to local politics before ending the livestream.

The SCARS related GoFundMe saw no donations for Wednesday and has yet to see a donation for the year. Our own Ongoing Expenses campaign won the day with a $200.00 donation, edging out Clash with Bao’s campaign’s $175.00 take.

No other campaigns saw donations for Wednesday.
