In a stunning motion filed on Friday but released via the California Superior Court on Monday, attorney for Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini, R. Paul Katrinak, went so far as to ask Judge H. Jay Ford, III, to terminate Jose “Chille” DeCastro from his own lawsuit.
In filings made on Tuesday but released today, Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini’s attorney has asked for more sanctions against DeleteLawZ Jose “Chille” DeCastro as DeCastro has again refused to provide discovery in his on-going lawsuit against Pierattini, Kate Peter, Daniel Clement and Team Skeptic.
First, our good news (for us anyway), our on-going expenses fund took the day for two more wins this week with a pair of $10.00 donations from our mysterious benefactor who has yet to provide a list of demands; the bad news, of course is… the market stinks right now.
Jose “Chile” DeCastro’s “Legal Aid Fund, Donation Fund, Help People Fund” took in $25.00 on Wednesday to come in second in the GoFundMe race, with our own On-Going Expenses fund returned to form with two donations for a total of $30.00 to win the day.
It was another historic win for us on Tuesday as our on-going expenses fund… wait a second, we lost? We lost to Long Island Audits? HOW THE HELL DID THIS HAPPEN! THIS WASN’T IN THE SCRIPT! I WANT MY MANAGER!
SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’ “Help with Billboard Truck Purchase to EXPOSE Tyranny” fund showed minor signs of life on Monday with a $5.00 that put it in second place for the day, behind the usual $10.00 donation to our own On-Going Expenses fund.
We won Sunday again with a $10.00 take from our mystery benefactor, I think you know the rest already, as there was no activity on any of the other campaigns we follow.
YouTuber Floyd Wallace’s return to live streaming did nothing to move the market on Saturday as our own On-Going Expenses fund took the day with another $10.00 win from our mysterious hate watcher.
Thursday and Friday brought no real news to the GoFundMe market, as our own On-Going Expenses campaign won the day with a $10.00 donation on Thursday, but failed to do so on Friday, as is custom by our mysterious benefactor, as the paper was dark for the day.
Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s attorney filed a transcript of the “June 5th, 2022” video where they said that Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini defamed DeCastro in the video, highlighting various comments and phrasing in the transcript to support their accusations.

In a case where the defense has complained about Jose “Chille” DeCastro doing everything possible to delay or obstruct proceedings even after sanctions and warnings by the Judge, DeCastro made the unusual choice not to file an opposition motion required for Friday’s sanctions hearing, delaying the case yet again.
Friday was another day at the Tarrant County, Texas, courthouse for Carolyn “Carolina in Fort Worth” Rodriguez as she was unsuccessful in her attempt to get a retrial for her conviction for interference in police duties in a case that drew national attention last summer.
