Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s efforts to raise $48,000.00 to fund Garrett “Press with Rancor” Van Nett’s legal defense were in vain as Van Nett was found guilty of obstruction and resisting on Tuesday in Michigan state court.
A handful of late donations helped Garret “Press with Rancor” Van Nett win Thursday’s GoFundMe title with a $95.00 haul based on donations made during Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s live stream announcing Van Nett’s conviction of felony obstruction and resisting charges in Michigan.
Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini delivered a devastating blow to claims by Jose “Chille” DeCastro that he doesn’t have a criminal record by releasing documents with proof of DeCastro’s history of arrests on Tuesday.
It was a good month for Jose “Chille” DeCastro as his take for his “Justice for All Legal Battle for Accountability” dominated the month with one day of superstar performance upon his release from prison, followed by three days of above average performance before literally dropping like a rock for the rest of the month.
Jose “Chille” DeCastro suffered another huge financial loss on Tuesday as Judge H. Jay Ford III ordered him to pay sanctions of $4,560.00 to Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini in his ongoing California Superior Court lawsuit against Kate Peter, Team Skeptic, Daniel Clement and Pierattini.
It was a day of bare minimums as coincidental $10.00 donations to Garrett “Press with Rancor” Van Nett’s on-going legal defense campaign and Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s Lawyer Fund Only – All Dollars Go to Lawyers funds would have put them in a tie with our own On-Going Expenses fund, had a $20.00 donation to SeanPaul “Long Island Audits” Reyes’ Billboard Truck not swooped in and stole the victory for the day.
Jose “Chille” DeCastro announced that he was forming a new organization of independent journalists on his Monday night live stream.
Hours before Steven T. Gebelin, representing Jose “Chille” DeCastro, is set to square off against R. Paul Katrinak, representing Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini, in California Superior Court, the court itself released a multitude of documents related to the case Monday night.
On this day in history, Jose “Chille” DeCastro declared his love for the work of comedian Too Apree, who recently launched a parody channel featuring his own versions of First Amendment audits.

In a case where the defense has complained about Jose “Chille” DeCastro doing everything possible to delay or obstruct proceedings even after sanctions and warnings by the Judge, DeCastro made the unusual choice not to file an opposition motion required for Friday’s sanctions hearing, delaying the case yet again.
