Jose “Chille” DeCastro has taken the lead out of all the auditors we cover for August as we approach mid-month, as he has raised $150.00 for a fund that no longer needs to be funded.
Jose “Chille” DeCastro returned to live streaming Monday night with a 90-minute live stream congratulating himself for beating obstruction charges in Las Vegas and announcing that he’ll abolish most vehicle safety laws when he is elected Governor.
Monday brought another win to our on-going expenses campaign, beating out everyone again, by earning $10.00 from our devoted hate watcher, who really wants this column to continue on a day marked by a bigger win in the background.
In a new filing in Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s Las Vegas based federal civil rights lawsuit, attorney Micheal Mee, representing DeCastro, has filed a request for a supplemental briefing schedule to update the arguments to the existing motion for summary judgment based on the overturning of the conviction of DeCastro for the charges that spawned the case.

It was another day of goose eggs for all of the major funds we cover this week, with the continued failure of Jose “Chille” DeCastro stealing focus from most of the major funds and overshadowing our own $10.00 win for the day.
In an announcement that should surprise no one, it was goose eggs for Friday as every known “independent journalist” with a GoFundMe failed to do anything to promote them, including our own campaign, which sits at goose eggs again.
Charges against Jose “Chille” DeCastro in Las Vegas for obstructing the police on February 14, 2024, were dropped by the prosecution on Thursday.
A single stinking donation to SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’ “Support the Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption!” fund ended our possible string of goose eggs as a $10.00 donation took the day.
Judge H. Jay Ford III ordered on Tuesday a delay of the hearing to discuss Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini’s motion for summary judgment in the case of Jose “Chille” DeCastro vs. Kate Peter, Team Skeptic, Daniel Clement and Pierattini.

In a case where the defense has complained about Jose “Chille” DeCastro doing everything possible to delay or obstruct proceedings even after sanctions and warnings by the Judge, DeCastro made the unusual choice not to file an opposition motion required for Friday’s sanctions hearing, delaying the case yet again.
