Jose “Chile” DeCastro’s “Legal Aid Fund, Donation Fund, Help People Fund” took in $25.00 on Wednesday to come in second in the GoFundMe race, with our own On-Going Expenses fund returned to form with two donations for a total of $30.00 to win the day.

Judge Andrew Gordon denied a motion to dismiss Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s second amended complaint in his lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD) on Monday, calling the motion “moot.”
SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’ “Help with Billboard Truck Purchase to EXPOSE Tyranny” fund showed minor signs of life on Monday with a $5.00 that put it in second place for the day, behind the usual $10.00 donation to our own On-Going Expenses fund.

Jose “Chille” DeCastro announced on his Friday night stream that he has been busy with family matters and new projects while recovering from dental surgery that may pull him away from live streaming in the immediate future.
YouTuber Floyd Wallace’s return to live streaming did nothing to move the market on Saturday as our own On-Going Expenses fund took the day with another $10.00 win from our mysterious hate watcher.
Attorneys for the Las Vegas Metro Police Department and for Jose “Chille” DeCastro filed supplemental briefs on Friday to support their cases for and against a summary judgment in the case.

In a case where the defense has complained about Jose “Chille” DeCastro doing everything possible to delay or obstruct proceedings even after sanctions and warnings by the Judge, DeCastro made the unusual choice not to file an opposition motion required for Friday’s sanctions hearing, delaying the case yet again.
