Judge Andrew P. Gordon issued a 51-page ruling Friday afternoon partially granting Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s multiple requests to reconsider previous rulings in his lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD) while granting the LVMPD partial summary judgment on a number of DeCastro’s claims.

Jose “Chille” DeCastro returned to the hard streets of Las Vegas late Thursday night local time as he again approached a group of police officers to question them on his personal thoughts on replacing the use of handcuffs with “digital detainment.”

Jose “Chille” DeCastro spent his 50th birthday livestreaming to his fans, screaming about police and being triggered by police treatment of Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill during his arrest on Sunday.

Despite claims that he was heading back to Los Angelas the day before, Jose “Chille” DeCastro spent the eve of his birthday walking the streets of Las Vegas looking for interaction with police officers at traffic stops.

A recent ruling by a California court said that Jose “Chille” DeCastro was a normie, a private figure, not famous, not anything special and certainly not a public figure… unless. No. Well, maybe.

Thursday, September 5, 2024, was a very bad day for Jose “Chille” DeCastro in California Superior Court, if you believe the documents released by the court on Monday. There are no other words to describe the day than that.

The darkened streets of Las Vegas were brightened by the presence of Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s camera late Monday night as the hero to dozens and failed Power Ranger went live from a traffic stop in the city.

Jose “Chille” DeCastro misrepresenting video footage he says catches police abusing someone? SAY IT ISN’T SO! But that’s what apparently happened during his three and a half hour live broadcast Sunday afternoon, which spoiled the early games of Sunday afternoon football for his fans.

It was business as usual Saturday night for Jose “Chille” DeCastro as he took to the mean streets of Los Angeles, cruising Wilshire Boulevard when he live streamed from an accident scene involving two unidentified expensive cars.
