The LA Times reported Thursday that David “Riverside County Accountability” Chavez and six of the seven other members of the “Justice 8” were again denied bond after being arrested on December 14 for various charges including false imprisonment, kidnapping, assault, vandalism and unlawful use of tear gas.
The LA Times is reporting that YouTuber David “Riverside County Accountability” Chavez, along with 7 others arrested last week in a pre-dawn raid on Thursday will remain in lockup until at least December 28, 2023, after being denied bail after pleading not guilty in their initial court appearances on Monday.
