Jose “Chille” DeCastro spent Sunday evening with nearly 300 of his supporters in a three-hour long review of what he claimed to be bad policing, loss of rights and constant plugs for his “indestructible” trifold.
The Welsh News Network released a 3 minute 26 second bodycam segment from the Sergeant on duty at the Las Vegas Metro Police Substation on the day that Floyd Wallace and Jose “Chille” DeCastro came in to complain about Wallace’s arrest at the substation the day before.
Jose “Chille” DeCastro waited until the end of his poorly attended Friday night stream in order to announce the breaking news that associate Floyd Wallace was in jail in Texarkana, Arkansas, for disorderly conduct, fleeing and assault of a police officer.
The defendants in Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s on-going federal civil rights lawsuit against members of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department responded to DeCastro’s motion to strike parts of their motion to dismiss or strike portions DeCastro’s complaint on Friday.
In a stunning turn of events in a case that was seemingly headed to the discovery process, Judge Michael R. Barret dismissed Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s lawsuit against defendants Major Chapman, Jane Doe and Lawrence County, Ohio, for failure to state a claim and granted the motion for judgment on the pleadings to defendants Chance Blankenship, Robert Fouch, Evan McKnight, Brad Spoljaric, Pam Wagner, and the City of Ironton.

In a rare win for Jose “Chille” DeCastro, the Judge in his federal lawsuit against the city of Irontown, Ohio, put aside his decision to close the case and allowed DeCastro’s motion to leave and entered his response in opposition to defendants’ motion for judgment into the record.

In a case where the defense has complained about Jose “Chille” DeCastro doing everything possible to delay or obstruct proceedings even after sanctions and warnings by the Judge, DeCastro made the unusual choice not to file an opposition motion required for Friday’s sanctions hearing, delaying the case yet again.
Friday was another day at the Tarrant County, Texas, courthouse for Carolyn “Carolina in Fort Worth” Rodriguez as she was unsuccessful in her attempt to get a retrial for her conviction for interference in police duties in a case that drew national attention last summer.
