YouTuber and activist for the homeless Regan Benson was accompanied by her personal “really cute process server” for a second event this week as she seemed more concerned about talking about fondling his body parts than making a difference at Denver’s latest Office of Independent Monitor Meeting.
The process server, in reality her long standing husband, and Benson arrived late and picked over a dinner spread catered by Mexican themed fast food chain Qdoba before entering the main area of the conference hall where speakers had already addressed the gathered attendees.
Benson seemed to pay little attention to the meeting, becoming a full participant in her side chat as she was live streaming the event. The YouTuber even taking time to verbally thank a troll account pretending to be Jose “Chille” DeCastro, who sent her $5.00 with a humorous comment.
She directed her moderators not to ban the account, as any money coming in was money coming in. Benson was too late, as a feeding frenzy apparently occurred with moderators getting rid of the person’s comments and issuing a permanent ban on his account before she could finish speaking.
Benson appeared bored with the meeting until a microphone was passed around for feedback to the council and questions from those in attendance. When it was Benson’s turn to speak, she introduced herself and her husband and claimed attendees should know her as she was mentioned in the report for suing Denver for violating her rights.
Chastising police officials for not attending the meeting, Benson complained loudly that she was not appointed to the council as police had blocked her appointment. Benson would later state that this blockage, as members of the Office of Independent Monitor were appointed by police, was just another event she was considering suing Denver over.
The YouTuber turned lawsuit king would later storm out of the meeting when organizers claimed that they didn’t need to have an adversarial relationship with police. She said that if she had known that they would have been preaching the “Kumbaya crap” she wouldn’t have made the one-hour drive through traffic to attend the meeting.
Turning her attention to her newly filed lawsuit against the city of Englewood and members of the Englewood City Council, she was confident that it would take years to win the lawsuit but would prevail as she felt that Englewood was represented by idiots.
She said that she was no longer going to go after frequent advisory Denver Police Sgt. Brian O’Neill as he was insignificant, his family hated him, his wife and kids hated him, and that he would probably soon be dead by a “drive by” with his body splattered upon the streets of Denver.
Benson promised more lawsuits in the future, as that was her main focus for the near future, and pondered several incidents while she was in custody for a Denver arrest in the past which she could sue the city over.
The activist for the homeless and YouTuber ended the livestream by thanking her supporters and promised she’d return in the near future.
