Sometime activist for the homeless, police watcher and Denver area grandmother Regan Benson again courted controversy this week as she addressed her angsts about a recent court case she observed that was presided over by Judge Christina Apostoli.
That case was September trial of YouTuber Luis “Real Constitutional Upholders” Johnson, who was found guilty of harassment of a police officer in Arapahoe County court. The conviction was stayed immediately by the judge as Johnson indicated he was appealing the verdict.
Benson’s initial reactions were captured on an infamous livestream in September where the elderly Benson simulated “cowgirl position” in front of the horrified Johnson multiple times as she said she was simulating the pleasures the “Botox bitch” Apostoli delivered to the police in Arapahoe county.
Johnson had apparently followed Benson’s lead and taken cop watching to a new level. Instead of simply filming police at crime scenes or at stationary parts of their duties, Benson and Johnson have filmed themselves following police as they drive and recording the police officer’s action.
Benson filmed herself on multiple occasions in Englewood, Colorado, for example, closely following police cars and judging supposed driving infractions performed by the police as they make their way through the city.
Johnson’s case saw the heavily armed second amendment devoted YouTuber follow a police officer onto the highway and for several miles outside of the city limits as he went about his duties. Johnson was ultimately tried for harassment for his actions.
Never one to let an issue go, Benson addressed her lingering thoughts on her community page, attempting to cancel out the officer’s fears by posting multiple photos of the police officer in a body building competition.
She, of course, ignored Johnson’s growing number of arrests for his devotion to brandishing firearms in order to advance his second amendment rights agenda.
In this perspective, with a multiple time offender who states that he is armed whenever he goes out in public following a police officer on the highway brings a frightful second perspective on Johnson’s actions despite any participation in body building competitions.

Not too long ago I watched a court trial. An entire AMERICAN JUSTICE system designed as us v. them instead of THEM upholding our rights.
A jury convicted (on the judges jury instructions and influence) a citizen of Harassment of a cop, for following this cop in his car, while the cop was on duty. So that his actions could be documented in the course of his duties.
This trial was led by Judge Christina Apostoli. She made her bias and disdain for freedom in America very clear when sentencing this citizen to jail for exercising his constitutional rights.

These rights are also backed by state law for recording police in their official duties. She is a traitor to this country. She hates transparency and accountability in government and it’s clear as day, why. She has spent her entire life prosecuting people for her disdain for freedom through unhealthy lust for power and control over others. (these people tend to not be well upstairs)

He testified in several different ways of saying he feared for his life because a car was following him on duty.
He’s been traumatized since being followed this night many months ago.
He testified to his life never returning to a normalcy of not living in fear because “I never know who’s following me”.
Paranoid?
Guilty?
He never called for help or back up while fearing for his life. He never activated his body cam and when he finally did, the truth came out. Therefore, he turned his body turned off a short time later in the course of an investigation.

Basically, everyone is at fault here except the guy who is going to go to jail for a crime he was lawfully convicted of, with all proper due course followed.
Everyone else is delusional except her.
She lives in her own reality that may or may not correspond to the reality the rest of us live in.
As long as you keep the above “facts” in mind, everything she said follows like a consistent line of thinking. And not a spiel of someone bordering on a delusional break from reality!
