Frauditor Troll brings news that Denver Metro Audits (DMA) may be facing additional charges for violating a restraining order place on him by members of the Sheridan City Council. DMA was barred from recording in the City Council chambers and has used a number of other auditors to use his equipment to record the proceedings then aired the footage on his YouTube channel.
DMA also lost his motion to dismiss charges against him for attempting to film inside a social security building last year. According to Frauditor Troll’s coverage, the Judge in that case denied DMA’s motion to dismiss and the case will now move to trial.
Frog UK Transparency reported on News Now Houston’s associate CJ Grisham, who passed the bar exam in the state of Texas but has not been granted a license to practice law due to complaints to the bar made against him by the public. Grisham testified before the Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs that his personal beliefs should have no bearing on his ability to practice law.
Glen Cerio posted a live stream and a pre-produced video Tuesday morning, with the video drawing the most interest from YouTube commenters. The video begins with Cerio talking with police officers at Seattle’s SeaTac airport. Cerio stated that he was awoken from his sleep by the officers who asked him to produce a ticket in order to stay at the airport.
In an extended exchange, Cerio refused to cooperate with the officers and questioned the legitimacy of their policing at the airport, stating that he would only provide evidence of his travels to an airport official. Cerio disputed the claims of the officers that they were acting as representatives of the airport in their daily duties but ultimately accompanied them to the Alaska airlines booth.
Cerio had a tense exchange with the Alaska airlines employee after being prodded for his name and the flight he claimed he had a ticket for. When the worker said she found no record of Cerio being assigned a ticket for the flight he claimed he was on, the video abruptly ends.
Update: Cerio posted a video updating the situation on Wednesday morning that resolved the issue. Cerio’s ticket was not for the day he claimed to be flying but was in fact for the next day. As it was not yet 24 hours until the flight, Cerio was unable to print his ticket. Once informed that Cerio had a ticket, the police left the scene. Â
