Floyd Wallace offered a glimpse into his possible budding career as a roving news reporter on Wednesday when he offered live new reporting in the downtown of a Brazilian city where a fire broke out but squandered the opportunity as he attempted to pick up women mere feet from the fire.
Wallace attempted to go live three times on Wednesday, naming the first stream “emergency.” That stream lasted about 30 seconds, showing Wallace with a disheveled beard, an orange prison style dress shirt and an overall confused appearance before it abruptly ended.
His second stream, moments later, had the YouTuber explain that a fire had broken out in the downtown area of the city he was staying in and that he was going to attempt to get “content” by walking to the fire.
On his walk, he reflected upon his recent time in Brazil, remarking that he was puzzled by the fact that women didn’t seem as interested in him this time around. He would eventually settle on casual racism, and not the possibility that his wild appearance was turning women off.
As he arrived on scene, he walked into a crowd that was mixed with news reporters, bystanders and emergency service workers. Police tape was stretched across the road about half a city block from Wallace and he began to loudly complain that people were disrespecting him by standing in front of him and blocking his view of the fire.
He then switched his attention from the fire to… all of the women gathered in the area who had happened to be on the scene and watching the fire. The budding news reporter began to cold approach those women, with a mix of success and rejection.
Wallace then repeated his standard line that Instagram details meant nothing and would not result in a call back. He said that the WhatsApp information would be where the possibility of a hook up happened.
He also explained, while wearing his unkept orange prison style shirt and his face displaying his unkempt beard and his fans urging him to take a shower in side chat, that hooking up was all about attraction.
It was not about learning the language, he stated, or the ability to communicate and share his actual personality, it was about the sheer attraction women felt towards him that would power a future hook up.
Wallace complained multiple times during both livestreams from the scene of the fire that women who spoke English, his native tongue, were “the hardest” to get as their ability to communicate apparently hampered his ability to hook up with them.
He also expounded on the new trend of women he approached to respond to his pickup lines with the fact that they were only interested in women was a new meaningless dismissal. Wallace expressed that it wasn’t always true and indicated that he may have had success changing the minds of those who had used the line before.
His fans noted that Wallace was attempting new lines with the women he approached, indicating that he wanted “to be friends” with the women after screaming at them inquiring if they had Instagram or WhatsApp.
With English speaking women, he tried the line, unsuccessfully, “My name is Terry Wilson. We should be friends. Do you have WhatsApp or Instagram?”
As the fire was winding down, Wallace was approached by a female news reporter who appeared to be in her mid-20’s. She said she knew who he was as she had seen his channel.
Mistaking her approach as interest in a hookup, Wallace immediately attempted to cold approach the woman and was immediately shot down, apparently as she had seen his channel and knew his intentions.
While his fans made fun of Wallace for the rejection, Wallace explained that he lived in the moment and he was never assured the chance of seeing a woman again. When presented with an opportunity for a hook up, he would take the chance and live without regret.
If a woman rejected him, he continued, she was dead to him. He would never again approach her, he would never again interact with her, unless she approached him and apologized for the rejection.
Otherwise, he gave the impression that women were props to him for transactional sexual relations and nothing more. This brought about more insults from his audience, who had now turned on him, and the YouTuber responded by turning off his video feed to rob his audience of the “content” they were seeking.
Wallace would end the stream shortly after being harshly rejected, off camera, by two women, bitterly complaining that women lie about being transgender as well.
The YouTuber briefly turned his video feed back on as he was ending the stream, showing off his new glasses. Wallace had lost his previous glasses in Colombia and laughed as he had replaced the glasses with a pair that had a built in 480i camera that would allow him to get “the last laugh” and secretly record women.
Wallace is expected to go live again on Thursday.
