New Leaks Question DeCastro Truthfulness

New e-mail leaks released by Collin “Project Constitution” Campbell put statements by Jose “Chille” DeCastro about the security of transactions on his Deletelawz.com website into question.

In a recent live infomercial, DeCastro assured his viewers that all transactions on his website go through Bank of America and that he never sees the credit card information provided by customers who make orders on his Deletelawz.com website.

DeCastro went into great details about his relationship with Bank of America, including that he hated the processing fees charged by the bank with each transaction. But again, assured his customers that their transactions were secure as long as Bank of America handled the transactions.

The new leak by Campbell from DeCastro’s e-mail shows a recent dispute by a customer who claims they were charged for merchandise by DeCastro but never received said merchandise. The credit card processor in this case was revealed to be Square, not Bank of America.

Square is a financial services company owned by Block, Inc. (formerly Square, Inc.) and is not owned by Bank of America. The Square financial services platform offers secure website transactions and charges its clients a small percentage of each transaction for processing fees.

While DeCastro may have taken the unusual step of having two credit card processing companies for the same website, his statements indicating that Bank of America controls all transactions on his website are now in question.

This is a developing story.
