Lane Myers announced that he picked up a fourth felony charge on Friday for livestreaming from lockup as he was live streaming from jail Monday night on the “This is a Public Service” YouTube channel.
The interview with Myers was presented as a live interview from jail Monday night and was clearly recorded after the events of the weekend. Myers said that he heard that YouTuber MitChLOVIN had come to his property to harass his wife and a neighbor “today” and wondered aloud why the YouTuber was not jailed.
He claimed that MitChLOVIN’s actions made him “suspect number one” then continued his previous story that there were recordings and police reports of the March 10, 2025, incident that he had yet to share and that he couldn’t believe that MitChLOVIN had come to his property to harass his wife.
From our own reporting, MitChLOVIN visited Myers’ property on Saturday and made no contact with Myers’ wife, who was not home. He wasn’t observed going on the property or taking video of the broken window as described by Myers. MitChLOVIN did talk to a Pima County Sheriff’s Deputy who said he couldn’t find the incident in his computer and said that Myers’ address was outside of their jurisdiction.
MitChLOVIN has since privated the videos related to his weekend travels.
Myers implied that he had been offered a deal by the prosecutor that if he pled guilty to one of the charges against him and took down the videos, he would receive some sort of suspended sentence and go free.
He rejected the idea of a deal as he had the grand jury report and said that prosecutor Rachel Stiles couldn’t even get the Grand Jury to unanimously vote for his charges. He claimed that the Grand Jury vote was 10-2 before reading from the report itself on the air.
Because of this fact, he claimed that it would be “impossible” for a jury to convict him of the multiple charges against him. He also noted that due to the number of years he was facing, he would have a 12-person jury instead of an eight-person jury, making the prosecutor’s job even harder.
The YouTuber reaffirmed his belief in his innocence and said that his Anti-Slapp motion should be successful in having the charges dropped against him. He put his faith in that motion and claimed that he was willing to lose his wife, his dog and his home over standing up for his rights.
Myers said that he had extensive audio of “federal agents” who told him about the circumstances behind his wife’s firing and that he had a giant paper trail of his activities with federal agents. He also bragged that the U.S. Attorney’s office and FBI were aware of what he was doing but declined to arrest him as nothing he was doing was illegal.
Apparently asking his fans to take action, Myers rallied against Pima County Attorney Laura Conover and said that the Pima County Attorney’s office’s Facebook page should have “hundreds” of replies to posts in support of him instead of one or two.
As of Tuesday morning, a single person was in the process of spamming the Pima County Attorney’s office’s Facebook page with a message containing the FREELANEMYERS hashtag and a link to the “Shannon Walker-Perjury” video from Myers’ page.
“This is a Public Service” put a positive spin on the on-going “I am Lane Myers” campaign, claiming that for every time YouTube takes down a post about the victim in the case, two more go up. He said that they intended to flood the service with copies of the videos Myers has been ordered to take down in order to force Arizona to prosecute everyone who put the videos up or stand down.
In reality, just John Filax’s and the This is a Public Service channel have been observed reposting anything to do with the case. Despite Myers’ pleas, there’s been no rush to fund his legal expenses campaign.
Myers’ GiveSendGo account had a $50.00 donation for Sunday, as the rest of the market was dormant. It saw no new donations for Monday, while our own On-Going Expenses account saw a $75.00 donation and SeanPaul “Long Island Audits” Reyes’ Unlawful Arrest & Constitutional Rights fund saw a $10.00 donation.
In early results for Tuesday, Myers’ campaign has seen two donations for a total of $125.00. We’ll update his total for the day in our next report.
Myers is expected back in court for a “No Bond” hearing later today.
