YouTuber Miss Mandy reacted to a photo Irish Demon posted online that he was in North Carolina on Wednesday by claiming that she was going to shoot him should he appear at her house in the state.
Mandy’s posts claimed she had a new “glock” and that she would shoot him in the head should he appear on her property as she felt it was in self-defense. She cited North Carolina’s “stand your ground” laws as her basis for having the ability to shoot Demon should he come to her property.
Of course, Miss Mandy is right in stating that she can use force without retreating under the current North Carolina “stand your ground” law. However, deadly force such as shooting someone in the head as Mandy has threatened, is not justified unless there is a reasonable belief that such force is needed to prevent imminent death or severe bodily harm.
North Carolina’s “castle doctrine” also allows deadly force to be used against an individual against an unlawful invader or someone who attempted to violently enter a person’s home, car, or workplace.
Standing with a phone on a person’s front lawn, for example, would be handled by the state’s trespassing laws and would not give someone the right to use deadly force against them.
Mandy claimed she was fearful of Demon based on his previous attempt to expose Daniel Jones at his home in Wales. Demon, along with Discord user Shuggy, and Demon’s girlfriend Chloe, stood outside of Jones’ home, showing that it was not the estate that he claimed it to be.
Demon live streamed after being informed of Mandy’s threats made on YouTuber Huckleberry’s Discord server claiming that he was with Chloe in North Carolina for unrelated reasons and while they were 20 miles from Mandy’s house they had “no intention” of going to see Mandy.
Mandy and Demon both briefly appeared on YouTuber Shizz’s live stream later in the night, with Mandy demanding to talk to Demon while watching Shizz display a music video that disparaged Mandy twice, only to rage quit when Demon appeared on panel a few minutes later.
Demon did not disclose why he was in North Carolina but commented that the land was beautiful and was finishing a meal of Popeye’s Chicken that he had promised Chloe on his earlier stream.
It’s unclear if Mandy will carry out her previous claim and get the Federal Bureau of Investigation involved now that Demon is in America and under their jurisdiction. Demon has not stated how long he’s staying in the States or what his plans are beyond North Carolina.
Update: Irish Demon revealed on his Thursday night live stream that he had never been in North Carolina and that he had faked the trip. Mandy had posted an account of seeing Irish Demon in her driveway earlier in the day as he clearly disproved as he was live streaming from his studio in Ireland.
We’ll have more updates tomorrow.

Armed and delusional. Always a good mix.

That would be all they would need to prove for felony murder. She pre-planned to kill him stating her intention. She has the means, a new glock and seemingly is willing to go to any length to do so.
So just giggles, if there was a man who looked a lot like Demon at the foot of her driveway and she came running out of her house with her glock blazing. Then claim self defense?
Of worse, say said person who looked like demon ran her doorbell and she opened fire on him. Again? castle defense? Nope murder in the first degree. Mitigated with clearly diminished capacities ie she is clearly nuts.
Contact the FBI? Why? To establish a pattern of mental disease?
Why is it all of these nut cases seem to think they would be great lawyers and their mere utterance are all is needed to become degura law?
