The supposed king of all auditing, SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes has brought about more of what some are calling manufactured outrage in order to raise money with his recent altercation with a border patrol check in Texas.

Reyes filmed himself approaching the border patrol checkpoint in Texas early in January, knowing that he’d have to go through the stop if he wanted to proceed down the road. He mentioned his fifth amendment rights, but when it was time to talk to the border patrol agent, he didn’t say anything.

His “fifth amendment audit” did not invoke the fifth amendment, as required by law. Reyes made the conscious choice to remain completely silent. They prompted the officers to move him to a secondary area then remove him from his car and temporarily hold him until he could be identified.

No charges were filed against him. Reyes could have invoked his fifth amendment privileges at the start of the incident but made the decision not to. In fact, Reyes returned to the same border patrol stop the next day and invoked his fifth amendment rights and was let through without incident or recognition.

Two days later he made the conscious choice to go to a border patrol facility and to antagonize the workers there until he was officially trespassed by police. During that incident he announced that he could not sue the federal agents but he could take his electronic billboard truck to protest in front of the houses of border patrol agents.

And that’s where YOU come in…

He immediately set up a GoFundMe which he said would be funding his continued “activism” in the Texas area. Which essentially meant taking his electronic billboard truck to the homes of those same border patrol agents who… treated him exactly the way they were supposed to when dealing with an uncooperative person.

His fundraiser seemed to many as entirely unneeded. Unlike the First Amendment Protection Agency, who set up a GoFundMe a week or so after Reyes, Reyes is not facing charges and is making between $50,000.00 and $150,000.00 a month off of estimates provided by VidIQ.

He is filing no lawsuit, he’s offering no real outrage or a target other than the border patrol for the reason people can contribute to his current campaign. While border patrol and ICE are hot keywords on YouTube right now, did the rage against the current government’s actions fuel Reyes to even more crowd sourcing success?

On January 16, Reyes took the day with a $950.00 donation to his Detained for MY Rights campaign. His Help Me Fight These Unlawful Charges & Injustice fund took in $500.00. Frauditor Troll’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit rounded out the day with $3.00 in donations.

January 17 saw the auditor known as the First Amendment Protection Agency take the day with a $2,574.00 take. Reyes’ Detained for MY Rights fund placed second with a $100.00 donation. Frauditor Troll’s campaign lost $11.00.

Reyes’ Detained for MY Rights campaign returned to the top spot with $303.00 in donations for the day, followed by Frauditor Troll’s fund which took in $7.00. Reyes’ Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign placed third with $5.00 in donations.

January 19 brought $889.00 in new donations to Reyes’ Detained for MY Rights fund, followed by $510.00 in new donations for the First Amendment Protection Agency. Third place was a tie between Reyes’ Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign and Press with Rancor’s Support Press With Rancor’s legal fund with both taking in $10.00. Frauditor Troll rounded out the pack with $6.00 in new donations.

Another win for Reyes’ Detained for MY Rights campaign was recorded on January 20 as he brought in $278.00 in new donations. The First Amendment Protection Agency brought in $73.00 in new donations for a distant second place finish. Frauditor Troll placed third with $33.00 in new donations and Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s Stand with Heather Chandler for Justice fund made $10.00 to place fourth for the day.

The First Amendment Protection Agency took the day for Thursday with 4733.00 in new donations. Reyes’ Detained for MY Rights campaign placed a distant second with $232.00 and his Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption fund placed third with a $90 take. Press with Rancor brought in $50.00 to place fourth for the day, followed by our own On-Going Expenses campaign at fifth with $31.00 in new donations. Frauditor Troll placed sixth for the day with $29.00 in new donations and Reyes’ Help me Fight These Unlawful Charges & Injustice campaign rounded out the day with a $10.00 donation.

Finally, the First Amendment Protection Agency again took Friday with $45.00 in new donations, followed by Reyes’ Support the Fight Against Tyranny Fund with a $45.00 take. His Detained for MY Rights fund brought in $15.00 for the day, while Frauditor Troll’s fund made it to fourth place with $14.00 in new donations.

Reyes has ultimately made $6,870.00 for the year so far, with $5,800.00 coming from donations made to his latest campaign. The First Amendment Protection agency placed second for the year with $3,990.00 in total donations.

Third place goes to Frauditor Troll, with a total of $934.00 in donations since the first of the year and fourth place goes to our own On-Going Expenses campaign, which has seen $481.00 in new donations since January 1. Press with Rancor’s $70.00 take slides into fifth place for the year, while DeCastro’s Heather Chandler fund placed six with the single $10.00 donation for the year.

With $6,870.00 from his fans in his pocket in money that he didn’t even need, based on his current YouTube earnings, Reyes again has successfully turned rage into profit and his continued gains indicate that he’ll have continued success well into the new year.

We will continue to monitor these campaigns and will be providing an end of the month update on January 31, 2026.
