It is Tax Day in the United States and mid-month as SeanPaul “Long Islan Audit” Reyes jumps back into the news as a surprise showing last week has brought him the mid-month win, edging out efforts by both Lane Myers and our own On-Going Expenses account.
With only four campaigns getting donations for the month, the take is easy to show as Reyes is in first with a $1,095.00 take. This was based on him simply stating that he “needed help” in a video last week, and nothing to do with his fundraising efforts.
Our own On-Going Expenses campaign is up next for the mid-month with a $770.00 take, mainly from donations to honor Jim Finch’s recently departed father. Those donations will go towards actually keeping the lights on and other expenses in relation to his father’s passing.
Lane Myers’ GiveSendGo campaign is in third place with $525.00 in donations. Myers’ fundraising has been hit and miss for the month. With the YouTuber currently in jail and his self-imposed ban on livestreaming, Myers’ three surrogates have done a lousy job conveying the fact that he needs money in the worst way.
Myers did get some good news on Monday as he took in $60.00 to take the win as his GiveSendGo was the only campaign to take in new donations.
Finally, Liberty Troll’s Support the Fight for Our Constitutional Rights campaign is in with $50.00 to round out the month.
Before we begin the semi-quarterly look, we need to note that Christopher “Direct D” Ruff’s campaign is at a negative for the month as it’s down $40.00 from the previous month.
For the first quarter of the year (plus 15 days), Lane Myers remains in first place with $3,667.00 raised for the year and an overall tally of $6,316.00 total for the campaign.
Our own On-Going Expenses account is in second place with $2,455.00 raised for the year and an overall total of $8,600.00.
Reyes’ Support the Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign is in third with a $1,620.00 total for the year out of an overall total of $53,903.00.
Craig Hendry’s To Support Craig’s Work campaign is in fourth place and sinking fast with a $1,475.00 take for the year and $6,756.00 overall take. It should be noted that Jose “Chille” DeCastro promised to create a GoFundMe to replace this campaign, but has been “too busy” to do so since its announcement.
Liberty Troll is in fifth place with a $205.00 take for the year out of a $4,130.00 overall tally.
BZWatchDog is in sixth place with a $115.00 yearly take out of a total of $215.00.
Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova is next up with a $105.00 take out of an overall total of $905.00.
Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini is in eighth place with a $100.00 take for the year out of a tally of $19,830.00.
Kevin “The Angry Vet” Soper is up next with a $45.00 take out of a $1,240.00 overall tally.
The Unofficial Support DeleteLawZ campaign is in 10th place with a $25.00 take out of a $396.00 total.
Finally, SeanPaul Reyes is back for his Unlawful Arrest & Constitutional Rights campaign, with has had a $10.00 take for the year out of $2,443.00 taken in for the campaign.
Reyes is also in the news as there’s been a new joint motion in his lawsuit against the New York City Police Department seeking access to film within all police precincts in the state.
Both sides are seeing a delay until April 18, 2025, to file a fully revised case management plan. As they’re waiting on the Court of Appeals to rule on a preliminary injunction in the lawsuit and there’s no pathway forward until that happens.
The sides have agreed to submit what they can by April 18 should the Appeals Court not rule by that time.
JOURNALISM IN CRISIS
Both ReallyCoolSite.org’s daily newspaper and our daily newscasts are funded by your continuing donations and what we make from our YouTube AdSense revenue each month.
If you’d like to contribute to help us keep the lights on, eating, keeping the cats fed and writing new stories to feature on both the newspaper and newscast each day, we do have a GoFundMe set up at: https://gofund.me/76d87459
As real American and true protector of the first amendment Lane Myers has made multiple threats to sue us in recent days, portions of all donations may also go towards fighting any possible future lawsuits.
If you can’t afford to contribute, please watch our entire videos, like, share, subscribe and comment. You CAN help by doing next to nothing and we thank you in advance for pitching in!
