Long Island Audit for the Win in April GoFundMe Race

The market saw an interesting month in April as it came in with a rage filled campaign by Lane Myers, marked with fire and fury, only to fizzle out as rage turned to fear and fear turned to ambivalence and ambivalence turned to goose eggs.

Eight actual campaigns saw any action for the month, seven of them in a positive direction, as Myers went to jail and day by day his support faded. The market itself saw brand new entries by Jose “Chille” DeCastro on behalf of Craig Hendry, and Clash with Bao in support of his defends of an arrest in the Boston area, but only one of the two shined as hope vanished quickly for the other.

The month itself was won by Long Island Audit’s general “Support the Fight Against Tyranny and Corruption” campaign, which took the month with a total of $1,495.00 and an overall total of $54,303.

There really wasn’t rhyme or reason for the win. As we noted this at mid-month, he said he needed help, didn’t specify that it wasn’t financial help he needed, and the market responded by throwing money at him and propelling him to the win for the month.

Our own On-Going Expenses fund took second for the month with a $860.00 tally, out of $8,760.00 overall. Our second place finished was fueled by our yearly fund-raising campaign where we’re depriving Jim Finch of various fast-food restaurants for the next few years.

Lane Myers’ GiveSendGo campaign limped into third place for the month with a $748.00 take and $6,665 overall. This campaign started hot but faltered as Myers’ lost the ability to directly address his fans through livestreams and his supporters haven’t stepped up to promote his campaign.

Fourth place has gone to newcomer Clash with Bao, who got himself arrested in the exclusion zone around the courthouse where the Karen Read trial is being held. The YouTuber brought in $515.00 for the month, out of a $515.00 overall tally and is trending to dominate May as he is promoting it regularly on his broadcasts.

Fifth place went to Craig Hendry’s personal generic To Support Craig Work campaign, which out-paced the long-awaited campaign for Hendry created by supposed fundraising superstar Jose “Chille” DeCastro.

Hendry’s own campaign brought in $420.00 for the month, out of a $7,176.00 overall total. DeCastro’s work brought in $260.00 for the month, out of a $260.00 total, and sixth place.

Liberty Troll took a surprise seventh place, with again, no real reason for his total. His campaign took in $50.00 for the month out of a $4,130.00 overall tally.

Finally, Christopher “Direct D” Ruff’s “Help Christoher Ruff (Direct D) Clear His Name” campaign lost $40.00 for the month, bringing it’s overall tally to $11,615.00.

The last day of the month went to Clash with Bao with a $50.00 take, followed by the DeCastro based Hendry fund with a $5.00 take.

We will continue to monitor the market as Clash with Bao is looking to dominate the new month as the YouTuber seeks retribution to fight what he’s claiming to be a bogus arrest in the Boston area.

This is an on-going news story.

JOURNALISM IN CRISIS

Both ReallyCoolSite.org’s daily newspaper and our daily newscasts are funded by your continuing donations and what we make from our YouTube AdSense revenue each month.

If you’d like to contribute to help us keep the lights on, eating, keeping the cats fed and writing new stories to feature on both the newspaper and newscast each day, we do have a GoFundMe set up at: https://gofund.me/76d87459

As real American and true protector of the first amendment Lane Myers has made multiple threats to sue us in recent days, portions of all donations may also go towards fighting any possible future lawsuits.

If you can’t afford to contribute, please watch our entire videos, like, share, subscribe and comment. You CAN help by doing next to nothing and we thank you in advance for pitching in!
