YouTuber Jeremiah Payne released a statement on Tuesday calling for his fans to report YouTubers KFarr and Judge and Executioner to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) before livestreaming for three-and-a-half hours on the topic.
Payne posted:
To those harassing me or posting videos about me: be aware that your actions have consequences. I have already spent over two hours speaking directly with YouTube about these matters, and your channels are under review — removal is very likely.
I have also consulted with my attorney, and we have preserved all videos and content you have posted about me. These videos are considered slander and defamation, and we are fully prepared to take legal action in court. I did not want to escalate things, but your harassment and attempts to intimidate me have forced my hand. YouTube and my legal team are taking this seriously — this is not a threat, it is a promise.

If you have any information about a man known as “Judge and executioner” (real name Frank Mason) and his new sidekick Kfarr, and his threat to take my life, please report it immediately to the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324). When you call, share as much detail as possible — dates, times, exact words, recordings, or witnesses.
The recent assassination of public figure Charlie Kirk at a speaking event shows how quickly threats, hateful rhetoric, and calls to action online can lead to real-world violence. Because I am already receiving threats, we must treat any videos or posts that promote lies, hatred, or encourage people to file false CPS reports about me (Mr. Payne) as dangerous — report them immediately to the FBI and to the platform hosting the content so they can be removed and investigated. Inciting violence and making false reports are crimes.
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. Your report could stop harassment, protect lives, and help hold those spreading hate and falsehoods accountable.
Payne’s livestream started with audio and video issues, as Payne was unable to play content via Streamyard for the first few minutes of his broadcast and a distinct echo could be heard as he talked. He would later state that it was coming from his daughter’s phone after several minutes of difficulty.
He went into a pitch for donations as his story of fighting Clarksville Child Protective Services in court has again changed. Where previously, he said he had one attorney handling the recent legal action brought against him by CPS, now he had three lawyers, one for himself, one for his wife and one for his child, who prevailed in court.
Payne was still seeking $2,500.00 in total, with $2,000.00 going to existing legal fees and $500.00 to file a new federal civil rights lawsuit against Clarksville CPS, the judge who handled the case and a Clarksville police officer.
The YouTuber also repeated claims that he was in contact with the FBI, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and YouTube over KFarr and Judge & Executioner’s alleged threats towards him. He promised that YouTube had granted a “no contact” order for both men and that YouTube would also be taking action to remove both channels.
Payne also explained that in a recent video with featured a confrontation with a Nashville police officer, he had not slapped his seven-year-old daughter as what was reported. He said that he and his daughter pantomime fighting as cars go by in order to play tricks on passing motorists.
He also said that he called Nashville Police Dispatch and that the officer was not acting on an actual call in, but was targeting the Payne family on his own, assuming that they were homeless.
Payne’s seven-year-old daughter interjected at one point while her father was away from the microphone to call her father a “loser” on air. That segment was infamously clipped by KFarr on his reaction livestream later in the evening.
The broadcast eventually devolved into an on-going fight with YouTuber Ric Crude, who joined News Now Preston on the panel. At one point Crude and Payne challenged each other to mutual combat with Payne assuring Crude that he would send him a one-way ticket as he would not be returning home and Crude stating that he’d kiss Payne’s wife to show her what kissing a real man felt like after he was victorious.
KFarr would deny on his own reaction livestream later in the evening that he had any association with Judge and Executioner or that he had been contacted by the FBI, TBI or YouTube based on Payne’s accusations.
