Fans of Jose “Chille” DeCastro were again shocked on Friday when the diminutive YouTuber removed the main listing for Constitutional HQ board game board game from it’s long-time spot on his website, and for a time making it only available through a search from his main page.
The new listing for the site, found by our own newsreader Pants, was initially only available through the sitemap function but was later included in a listing only accessible through the “shop now” icon on the main page.
In the new listing, DeCastro has raised the price of the game to $89.99 with $22.00 in shipping costs. This is up from the previous list price of $49.99 with $11.00 in shipping costs. It also differs from DeCastro’s previously announced price point of $99.00, which he announced on his Thursday livestreams.
The product listing for the game reads, “This item is in pre-sale. We are not shipping until September 2025. You are purchasing the board game Constitution Headquarters, set to launch in the first week of April 2025. This engaging game, similar to Trivial Pursuit, offers a fun and educational way to test your knowledge of constitutional law and American history.
Currently, we are offering the Home Edition, designed for families, friends, and enthusiasts. A Teacher’s Edition will also be available in May, 2025, specifically tailored for educators and classrooms. Stay tuned for its release!”
Keen observers will note that the listing is confusing as it describes three different dates for the apparent availability of the product. According to the listing, shipping will now happen in September, “launch” happened the first week of April and a “teacher’s edition” available in May of 2025.
A listing for the “teacher’s edition” is not available on DeCastro’s DeleteLawZ.com site as of May 31, 2025.
No games were shipped in April or May of 2025, as DeCastro said he was in negotiations for $150,000.00 in financing to fund the first 10,000-unit print run of the game.
A planned meeting with an investor was reportedly delayed on Thursday as DeCastro said he had to make a Zoom appearance in his lawsuit against multiple YouTubers instead of attending the meeting.
DeCastro, breaking a promise to his fans that we would now livestream daily, did not livestream on Friday. Nor did he post updates on either the product or his long-running lawsuit against YouTubers Kate Peter, Team Skeptic, Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini and superfan Daniel Clement.
His fans are eagerly awaiting his promised resolution to the case, with no new rulings released by Judge H. Jay Ford III as of Saturday morning after Thursday’s multiple motions hearings in the lawsuit.
Also of note, the lawsuit DeCastro had promised to file against Dale “Lackluster” Hiller went unannounced this week. This was despite DeCastro claiming he needed to file before the “statute of limitations” ran out. DeCastro has accused Hiller of defamation and gave Hiller an unspecific deadline last week to retract his years old defamatory statements or face the lawsuit.
There has been no new activity in DeCastro’s individual lawsuits against the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, members of the Ironton, Ohio, police force, nor his newly filed lawsuits against two Nevada based judges who were involved in both his conviction and acquittal of charges in that state last year.
DeCastro has also failed to follow through with promised new videos on either his Constitution HQ or Delete LawZ clips YouTube pages. DeCastro made the promise of new material appearing on both channels after a disastrous Thursday evening attempt to film himself teaching material for the Constitutional HQ board game.
The YouTuber expressed concern with the poor production quality of his self-filmed teaching sessions. Those livestreams have been hampered by DeCastro’s use of YouTube’s vertical format, DeCastro using a handheld iPhone to film himself teaching, and lack of any sort of scripting for the teaching sessions.
The YouTuber is also seeking live participants from his fandom for an in-person recording session at his Los Angelas studio next week. No details of that apparently new production have been released as of press time.
