There were new concerns from fans of “Last Days of Freedom” auditor Jeremiah Payne on Wednesday as the YouTuber released a video urging his fans to contact a Clarksville, Tennessee, Child Protective Services Agent after that agent told Payne to stop contacting her and that the United States Homeland Security had been called to report his actions.
Payne released the video, featuring his latest update of the on-going drama between his family and Clarksville CPS on Wednesday. He appeared fairly calm during the video, wearing white over the ear headphones and walking outside in the Clarksville area.
The dramatic YouTuber explained that he was in contact with his latest CPS agent and had agreed to have the agent come by and do a home visit later on Wednesday as long as Payne would be able to record the entire visit, including the one on one interview with his seven year old daughter that was required as part of the visit.
Payne, relenting from previous threats of allowing the CPS services to take his child “over his dead body,” relaxed his approach a bit on this video, by agreeing to have his daughter meet with the CPS agent privately as long as his daughter was able to record the visit.
He then, bizarrely, told his fans that he may install hidden security cameras within his house just to record the CPS agent without the agent’s knowledge or permission. Payne explained that everything must be recorded as it would prevent CPS agents from being untruthful about what was said in the interview.
Payne became flustered at the fact that the CPS agent did not immediately agree with his demands and said that he would get back to Payne after discussing Payne’s demands with his supervisor.
The YouTuber also lingered on the wording of the CPS agent used when he said that he would be contacting Payne to schedule when “we” would be conducting the visit. Payne said that by using the word “we,” the agent meant that he was bringing the police to take his child.
Payne displayed a text message that he sent to the previous CPS worker, who was removed from his case after Payne and his fans call flooded complaints against her. The message read: “Can you give me the number of who I call to foul complaints against CPS workers? Cause the new CPS worker that has taken over the case is very hostile. And like I just posted on my YouTube channel. A video of you stating you was gonna close the case. Up until you realized I was recording you. And now we have a child abuse. Child neglect case against us. Lawsuits are coming.”
Appearing flabbergasted, Payne said all he was doing was contacting the woman for help in contacting her supervisor and she should be held accountable for her response to his message that read, “Please do not contact me. Homeland security has been contacted.”
Payne finished his video with a statement that he would livestream any interaction with CPS and asked his fans to contact CPS on his behalf to end the investigation.
In his efforts to show what a great home life his seven-year-old has, Payne recently released a YouTube short which featured a walk-through of his family’s apartment. He apparently intended this to be an alternative to a CPS home visit.
During the video, Payne showed two doors, claiming that they led to his mother’s bedroom and his wife’s bedroom. He showed a pantry that was stocked with canned spaghetti-o’s and a refrigerator filled with Dr. Pepper and other carbonated drinks and fast-food leftovers as proof that his daughter’s needs were being met.
He was then joined by his seven-year-old as they walked into her room. Payne panned his camera around the room room, which appeared clean and filled with toys, describing that all her needs were met as she had toys, books and clothing as his daughter interjected after every need with “weapons.”
Though no actual weapons were visible in his daughter’s room, it is unclear why Payne chose to keep this interaction in the video released to his YouTube channel.
Payne’s video has been seen 257 times since release, while the short featuring his daughter has had 279 views.
