In a return from obscurity, YouTuber, snappy dresser, and all-around legal dynamo Glenn Cerio released a produced video to his YouTube channel on Monday featuring his recent encounter with police at an Edmonds, Washington, car crash.
Cerio was a spectator at the scene of a crash between a white SUV and a silver car. Breathing heavily, he approached two of the people involved in the crash and was asked by an officer identified as “W.D. Morris” to step away from the witnesses.
The YouTuber responded by insulting and degrading the officer, reminding him that he was suing Edmonds for $50 million dollars in a federal lawsuit, and that he could stand anywhere he liked as he was going to sue Officer Morris as well.
Cerio’s refusal saw the officer simply move the witnesses out of earshot of Cerio as he no longer engaged with the YouTuber for the rest of the video. Cerio made multiple attempts to threaten the officer and others by screaming that he had a kick that somehow shattered kneecaps when delivered.
Claiming years of wrestling and football for the training that resulted in his power to break kneecaps at will, the YouTuber took a break to catch his breath before continuing to be ignored by nearly everyone at the accident scene.
Cerio made several requests for an official complaint form, after being told by a motorcycle officer on scene that he didn’t have any and that Cerio could make a complaint online. This resulted in Cerio yelling randomly at any motorcycle officer who came near him, demanding more and more forms as the officers ignored him and walked by.
Eventually, the accident site was cleared up and Cerio’s attempts to engage with the female driver of one of the vehicles resulted in the driver leaving with her tow truck driver, who acknowledged he knew Cerio, rather than stick around to be interviewed on scene.
Cerio, alone, huffed and puffed his way back to his car as he ended the live stream. He has yet to officially file his federal civil rights lawsuit against the city of Edmonds.
