Lindsey Gaetani, who accused Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney of assaulting her last year which resulted in Kearney’s bond being revoked and the blogger spending the holidays in jail, released a new statement to Twitter on Tuesday:

 Let me make something very clear:

AIDAN KEARNEY IS VERY MUCH A RAPIST.

He has been using a third party to criminally harass me for months, since he was sent to jail, by having this person use a fake Twitter account to come after my children and I. He believes that by having this person attack me on a fake account, that it somehow absolves him of any consequences.

This account has been writing several “articles” about me, filled with complete lies, and using documents in a way that I will best describe as “not as what they appear to be.” And by manipulating the statements of others.

I will not be explaining any further at this time because I am now going through the proper legal channels to handle this matter. I will not be giving any details about what I know, how I found out, or what evidence I have in my possession because this does nothing but give him and his proxies the means to get ahead of this very damaging information and create more lies and manipulation to deceive the public and the authorities.

Anyone with an ounce of intelligence knows that anything, especially information shared on the internet, can be distorted and manipulated to fit a certain narrative. It’s true that I didn’t want to pursue the charges at the time, solely because I was being blackmailed by him. But since he has followed through on the blackmail, and continues to torment my children and myself- I am done holding back. And the investigation was considered “active” for months. There’s a reason that this report was just now posted.

Let it also be known that there is a WITNESS, and more evidence, from the night in question.

You, and I’m positive that the RAPIST CULT LEADER himself, will be shocked when you and he finds out who else has come forward to speak the truth about the lengths he has been taking to cover his crimes.

Be patient. The truth always rears it’s ugly head.

Gaetani and Kearney began a relationship after meeting at a Free Karen Read protest last year. It continued through the fall and ended at Christmastime when Gaetani revealed she was pregnant and had taken abortion pills to end the pregnancy at Kearney’s demand.

Kearney came to her apartment after she took the pills at her insistence and the pair got into an altercation when Kearney went through her phone to get information on a grand jury that she had been cooperating with.

The blogger allegedly pushed Gaetani away before leaving the apartment, resulting in her filing assault charges the next day. While Kearney’s bond was revoked and he spent 60 days in jail, police declined to go forward with Gaetani’s charges.

Gaetani later sought and was awarded a protective order, requiring Kearney to stay away from her.
