James “James Freeman” Springer went live from Crawford County, Arkansas, Monday morning with an update on his scheduled court date for a driving infraction last week on his way from the “Lexington Takeover.”
Freeman said that his Monday court appearance had been moved to a November court date, which he was upset about because he had stayed in Crawford County over the weekend in order to be able to attend his hearing.
He claimed that he forced the Court Clerk to give him written notice as proof that he had made the court date and jokingly said that he was going to put out a warrant for the judge’s arrest for failure to appear.
Freeman said he vigorously complained to the court clerk about the change as staying extra days was an inconvenience as he lived 1,000 miles away and it was taking him away from his wife, his six children and his business.
He also said it was taking him away from the AuditPalooza event that was going on in Florida this week.
The YouTuber spent a great deal of time rallying against the government, reaffirming his belief that there was no need for organized government. Again, as part of those beliefs, he jokingly “dismissed” the court case using his own authority.
Freeman was in Mississippi last week to attend the “Lexington Takeover” event. He left early in order to take Shawn Buckner back to Oklahoma after auditor Buckner had a blow up with event organizer Ron Durbin and Durbin was hospitalized and arrested.
He was pulled over on Wednesday, so it’s not certain why he stayed in Arkansas for almost a week (despite his “two days” claims) for the court hearing. Freeman indicated that he was on his way home now that court had been delayed instead of heading to the AuditPalooza event.
No updates were provided during the live stream as to Ron Durbin’s status or updates as to the ramifications of the split between Durbin and Buckner. Neither Durbin nor Buckner have made public statements about their split.
