Frauditor Reaper Claims Contact with FBI

The evening of Friday, January 13, 2023, proved to be quite eventful in the life of Jose “Chille” DeCastro.

Early in the evening, YouTuber Daniel Jones of the Welsh News Network stated on his live stream that he is responsible for reporting DeCastro’s endtorturecuffs.com site to DeCastro’s service provider as DeCastro violated his service agreement by using images he did not hold the copyright to. The provider then removed DeCastro’s site. Welsh News Network admitted it was a petty move and was in response to DeCastro filing multiple false copyright claims against his channel.

Later in the evening, YouTuber Frauditor Reaper held a live stream where she made a number of claims about DeCastro’s involvement with the family of Jacqueline “Laney” Hudson, who was killed in a police-involved traffic accident in late 2022.

Please note that these are the claims of Frauditor Reaper and are unverified. Her live stream is linked above, and her statements were made in the first 10 minutes of the broadcast. As with everything, we ask our readers to keep an open mind with the reporting of others as the reporting has not been independently verified at this time.

Frauditor Reaper claimed to have contacted a lead detective in the West Virginia State Patrol regarding the claims that DeCastro has made about the Hudson case. The detective was able to confirm that Officer Jeffery Racer tested negative for alcohol at the scene of the accident and was not travelling at a speed above 48 MPH. Racer was kept on the scene for over two hours and only removed for his own safety when the crowd began to threaten him. Racer was then taken to the hospital where he was tested for drugs. Reaper claimed to have been told the results of the test but was asked not to release them until the police released them.

Reaper stated that the detective told her that in the incident where DeCastro called Hudson’s mother during the candlelight vigil, aired live during DeCastro’s live stream, DeCastro actually tried to contact the mother an additional 27 times. The detective told her that DeCastro never directly interviewed family members, presenting audio from other reporters on his live stream. The family apparently has threatened DeCastro with harassment charges if he continues to contact them.

The Detective told Reaper that police were fully aware of DeCastro’s attempts to contact Hannah Elizabeth Giammarino, the passenger in the police cruiser involved in the accident and consider DeCastro’s actions in his statements that Giammarino should only contact him and ignore the police to be attempted witness tampering. No word on if DeCastro will be charged with these accusations.

Reaper went on to claim that she was then transferred to an FBI agent who in investigating DeCastro. The agent disclosed that the FBI was aware of DeCastro’s involvement in the case and were concerned about his admission of involvement with minors and his direction of those minors to take action to hamper the investigation. Again, there was no indication when or if DeCastro would be charged with a crime.

DeCastro has set up a live stream addressing the Hudson issue for Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Noon ET.
