FAPA Fails Twice in South Carolina Civil Cases

Bad news was shared by the YouTuber known as First Amendment Protection Agency (FAPA) on Thursday night as he announced that he had lost two civil cases he had filed against police departments in South Carolina.

The first case was from a police department in Allandale, South Carolina, where he was arrested for causing a disturbance at a post office. In that case, the defense’s motion for summary judgement was granted as it was found that the police had made a reasonable determination that he was at the post office to cause a disturbance.

In the second case, out of New Ellington, South Carolina, he was suing for violations of his first, fourth and fifth amendment rights and emotional distress. The defendants were granted summary judgment without prejudice and the case was dismissed.

FAPA announced that the police chief of New Ellenton resigned after FAPA’s video on him as he apparently wanted to be able to keep his 401k and pension. He also announced that he would be refiling that case and would be appealing the Allandale case.

After FAPA announced that that he was in touch with someone who “wasn’t a lawyer” but was qualified to give legal advice, DeleteLawZ Jose “Chille” DeCastro appeared in the side chat of the live stream.

FAPA went directly into a plug for DeCastro’s 5A cop cards and trifold product, promising that the trifold was a guaranteed “get out of jail free card” to his audience. He, much like elder DeCastro before him, told his audience that the coming of Donald Trump’s second presidency, they would need to band together to revolt against new protections Trump promised to police.

He also indicated that he was still attempting to get in touch with 15-year-old auditor First Amendment Advocate, to set up a joint audit. First Amendment Advocate recently deleted the single long form video on his channel, after achieving near viral status from promotion by both FAPA and DeCastro. FAPA went so far as to replicate the First Amendment Advocate’s video to similar results.

FAPA asked his fans to be sure to like and subscribe to his channel as he was being “shadow banned” by YouTube. He then promoted his merchandise line, promising his viewers two pieces of merchandise for every $20.00 they donate, before ending the livestream by reminding his fans that they should flex their biceps like they flex their rights.

  1. FAPA is a spoiled rich brat. The reasons he fraudits is because he doesn’t want to get a real job, he’d rather suck off his daddy’s tit for as long as he can! After he was arrested a few times in SC, and was ruining daddy’s business reputation, daddy sent him back home to Massachusetts, where the spoiled little kid continued to play his games. He lost his two lawsuits that he thought was going to make him rich!
