That Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq., and Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker joined an overly sensitive Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova for a livestreamed look on Sunday at the status of their on-going lawsuits against various YouTubers.
The easily triggered Cordova, who had spent time over the weekend fuming over descriptions of his mother as being “hot,” eventually worked himself into a declaration that he does not harass anyone in the course of producing his auditing videos.
“They are the harassers!” he exclaimed about those who do reaction videos based on his works. He also said that the public employees, police officers, security guards and others on his videos also harassed him when he was filming them without permission for his videos and implied that those people were up to unusual activity if they decided that they did not want to be filmed.
The trio took on a video recently posted by the Frauditor Comedy Show channel using the single video that Cordova had registered with the United States copyright office. Mocking the channel itself, with Kueker questioning if the female host of channel had a wife and cats, and Cordova referring to the host as “this Chick” throughout his criticism of the video, the trio went about critiquing her work.
Newman gave Frauditor Comedy Show high praise for her minimal use of Cordova’s originating video, stating that the video itself, which used only 14% of total footage from Cordova’s Executive Lens LLC was a great example of a fair use video and would not be subject to a copyright strike or legal action.
Kueker added that if “this chick” could produce a video that would pass their “fair use” challenge, anyone could do the same. Cordova, who has been accused of suing and shaking down other YouTubers as a source of income rather than seeking “a real job,” responded that the anti-auditing community is “too lazy” to do so.
Eventually getting to the content of Frauditor Comedy Show’s video, the trio said that while the host got high marks for fair use, her take on Colorado’s interference laws came under fire. They mocked her generic statement about interference, without attribution, and proclaimed that she had an entirely wrong take on interference laws.
Switching gears, Doctor Dave, whose “partner” Gail Buma Liberty Troll is currently taking legal action against, was invited to join the panel by Kueker should Doctor Dave have outed himself in the livestream’s side chat. Doctor Dave did not appear by the end of the stream.
Newman addressed claims made on the Frauditor Follies Saturday afternoon show that all of the lawsuits for copyright infringement would fail because the plaintiffs couldn’t show market harm from the use of their footage.
The Unhinged Attorney remined Frauditor Follies and others that fair use is an affirmative defense and that it’s up to the defense to prove that the use of the material fell under fair use guidelines, not the other way around.
Cordova added that it’s easier when someone like Frauditor Troll adds that they’re playing the video on their channel to rob the originating channel of views but was not necessary to win the case.
As usual, the livestream did nothing to support Cordova’s on-going GoFundMe efforts for Monday. SeanPaul “Long Island Audits” Reyes won the day with $428.00 in new donations to his Stand with me to Hold Bryan Fahey Accountable fund.
No other campaigns had new donations for the start of the week.
Update: The First Amendment Shenanigans YouTube channel was terminated by YouTube Monday night after multiple copyright strikes by both Kueker and Cordova. Direct links to the channel return the message, “This account has been terminated because we received multiple third-party claims of copyright infringement regarding material the user posted.”

okay, so here is the confusion
A regular, real lawyer will take your case with a deposit, usually 5-10K depending on city, more expensive in like New York or LA less so in hoebunking nowhereville. This money is used to pay for things like court filings, If you want to see the bar go apepoo on a lawyer, show they have been playing games with a client’s deposit. That will get you suspended so fast, it is not even funny. They tell you to shut up. Say nothing. Period. They may make a statement acknowledging the suit but that is it. Anything you can and will be used against you. You then let the lawyers argue it out in front of the judge and await a ruling. That is it.
Except here. DMA is broke so he has to ebeg to file his paperwork? Not only is he live streaming, his lawyer is the co-pilot? None of this makes any sense.
Next, you want to get paid. Thus far they have hit low hanging fruit. The sole exception being FT. Who has yet to be served on this matter. And there is no promise that even if they do win, that they can get any money. They say he lives in Canada… Have you tried to enforce an American judgement in Canada lately? Search for the case of Omar Khadr and see how that is going… 8 years and the case has yet to be heard. So it is moving on down the road…
JF The Unhinged Attorney remined Frauditor Follies and others that fair use is an affirmative defense and that it’s up to the defense to prove that the use of the material fell under fair use guidelines, not the other way around.
Ya…. after they survive a motion to dismiss for failing to state a claim…
Then ya got to prove damages. I just love how the defense gets to replay ever instance of DMA being a rude obnoxious prick and having his lawyer next to him while saying it. Yes, jury or judge whoever is the trier of fact, are going to fall over themselves in love with his behavior and award him billions…Not.
When chilli burst on the stream a few years ago, everyone was hate watching him as his claims were so outrageous. We have the same thing now. Then it was merely a scam. Now, same thing, different date.
I love how they have not won anything, and yet they crow how bad they are, How people must respect their understanding of the law, so called understanding…
All i can say is that when those billions fail to appear. When they face real opposition in court against real lawyers who know what they are doing, ie not on live stream and DMA and his cases gets bounced out of court. He can still sue his so called bangcock lawyer for bad advice. Really bad advice.
There, at least he will finally have some money!
Love the novellas showing you don’t know what you are talking about. Keep up the good work.
