To no one’s surprise, Jose “Chille” DeCastro ended the half promise that his Constitution Headquarters board game would be done “in the next two days” without a completed game leaving with the new expectation that the $49.99 board game would be finished by “the end of the month.”
This is the fifth self-imposed deadline that the YouTuber has missed, despite claiming on YouTube that he already had 1,000 pre-orders for the game. His last livestream focused on the game and the three other projects, only one of them announced to public, he was working on.
Viewers may have taken it as a bad sign as when DeCastro was attempting to recruit play testers/quality assurance volunteers for his game, he became too distracted by his own imagined accomplishments to finish his pitch for volunteers.
DeCastro claimed that the game had “seven lines” and that his fans who had preordered the game could be eligible to help play test the lines. The YouTuber made it through case law, presidents & vice presidents, articles, and amendments before trailing off in distraction, never to return to his list.
The YouTuber’s only announced other project, of the four things he claims he’s working on, is an unnamed project to setup a website to “get people out of jail.” It’s unclear how the website would work, where funding would come from, and who would actually be responsible for the functioning of the website.
DeCastro’s “overnight rest compliance” form may be the third project he’s working on, though he’s missed deadlines with that as well. The form is intended to be used as a legal document to ward off police from stopping people from sleeping in their cars.
While the document is apparently finished, DeCastro has missed several self-announced deadlines to make the document available as a free download on his DeleteLawZ.com website. Including one that would have it available over the weekend.
Speculation as to DeCastro’s fourth and final project has been his obsession with hoodies branded with generic titles such as “Constitutional Law Scholar” and “Press” in block lettering.
DeCastro’s obsession with making his followers look like extras from the 1960’s “Batman” TV show has been his featured style for some time now and it would surprise no one if it, indeed, turned out to be his fourth project.
The many distractions of Jose “Chille” DeCastro come at a time when he has two very serious deadlines this week for his refiling of his previously dismissed Ironton, Ohio, based federal civil rights lawsuits in the state of Nevada.
DeCastro has been ordered by the judge in the case to respond to both motions to dismiss the lawsuit/move the lawsuit back to Ohio by Ohio. Both sets of defendants have challenged DeCastro’s refiling of the lawsuit as it had previously been dismissed along with the a challenge of the venue it’s been filed in as none of the parties live in Nevada.
The Ironton based defendants have also challenged service of the lawsuit as DeCastro ignored an October deadline for service, had to be compelled to provide service before the case was going to be thrown out otherwise, then failed to individually serve any of the defendants.
DeCastro has until mid-week to respond to both motions in that lawsuit.
I once worked in a place where they had a dock. They came to repair the dock and used asphalt to cover the area. It was made of cement originally. So, I asked the boss why it was not properly. I was told, they will be back in September to do a proper job. I asked him, did they say what year? I was told my sarcasm was not appreciated. (It never is…) It has been a good ten years and they are still going to come back to do a proper job in September, year, as yet unspecified.
My Sarcasm is still unappreciated
Yet somehow, still on point.
chilli will have his game out tomorrow. He just has not mentioned which year tomorrow’s will be.
