A strangely orange Jose “Chille” DeCastro went live multiple times on Sunday, while demonstrating minimal ability to work electronic devices, screaming incomprehensible theories about the law and policing, making promises to violate the constitution and, of course, pitch his DeleteLawZ branded merchandise.

DeCastro, while expounding on his hatred of President Donald J. Trump, drew comparisons to the president for these characteristics from viewers. Some nothing that his newly orange appearance, despite his diminutive stature, was a bad combover away from true Trump-like qualities.

The YouTuber himself, after two failed attempts at keeping a stream on the air, would eventually need outside assistance to keep his third attempt to stream up and going for two hours before the exhausted YouTuber called it a night.

And what a night it was as DeCastro, allegedly feigning anger, worked himself up to make statements that he was taking over Elon Musk’s now abandoned “America” party. DeCastro, despite making no steps at all to actually follow through on his promises to run in two years of saying he’s running for mayor or governor, again pledged to be the first candidate for the party as he was not aligned with either Democrats or Republicans.

As mayor or governor, he again pledged to reform the police departments in his influence and claimed that he would outlaw all police unions, including the Fraternal Order of Police, and establish laws that would establish “retalicodes” with punishments directed at police officers.

While the “retalicode” term is new, it reflects the idea of laws that would retaliate against the police for breaking laws in the course of their duties. DeCastro explained that there were no laws on the books that directly punish police officers for violating their duties and his new “retalicodes” would end the “resignation loophole” that would allow a “dirty” or “bad” police officer to resign from one force, only to join another police force with a fresh start.

The YouTuber reaffirmed his continued pledge that he couldn’t be “bought off” and again rejected any sponsorship offers or partnerships relating to his political status. He assured his viewers that he was a man of the people, sponsored by the people, and he expected the people to buy 100 new memberships per livestream in order to fund his on-going campaign.

DeCastro added that nine out of ten police officers were not your friends or on your side as they exist, due to the nature of policing, to put you in jail. He claimed that most police officers “played the game of jail” and from his short time in jail last year, had first hand knowledge to help others survive “the game.”

Promising to go live twice a day for the rest of his life, DeCastro explained that he would be doing one stream where he taught law per day and another where he focused on the evils of policing.

DeCastro has now added footage from Canadian and British police encounters to his daily anti-police livestream. While it’s unclear how fans in either country could use his 5A Cop Cards or “indestructible” trifold product, as neither abide by the United States constitution, DeCastro seems to some that he oblivious to that fact as he was caught up in his anti-police tirades.

No mention was made of his other endeavors, including his Constitution HQ board game, his universal bond program for First Amendment Auditors, his Velcro based handcuff replacement product, or his other products actually available on his website.

Strangely, the YouTuber, who owes Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini over $15,000.00 in court sanctions and has claimed pauper status on recent broadcasts, pledged to give away 10 of his premium “indestructible” trifold product for free at the end of the broadcast.

DeCastro made it clear that he would eat the cost of producing the trifold and shipping and handling, despite hemorrhaging money, as it was “more important” to get his product out into the world.

The YouTuber has promised to return to streaming later on Monday.

You know Jim, sometimes, I just wonder if you are making this stuff up. Cause no one is this stupid. Then I realise, oh ya this is chilli. The constitutional scholar, The man the myth and the legend that is chilli.

    Outlawing all police unions. hmmm
Now where, oh where would we even find the right to unionize in the constriction. I searched there is no right to unionise.
So chilli must be able to do it right?
    Right?

    Lets check on google

What’s another word for unions? Associations

But freedom of association is also not in the Bill of Rights… or is it?

Freedom of association, while not explicitly mentioned in the U.S. Constitution, is recognized by the Supreme Court as a fundamental right derived from the First Amendment. It protects individuals’ rights to join or leave groups voluntarily and to engage in collective action to promote shared interests, including political, social, and religious activities.

    The first amendment you say?
I wonder is chilli even knows about it?
I mean his being a legal scholar and all, he might not have gotten around to it.
Oh wait, isn’t he a first amendment auditor? Well he does have a lock on the word odd.

So like, is this another version of Poster 7, where you read one part and ignore the rest and then make that part say whatever you want it to say while ignoring reality?
    Yes, i would say so.

the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Why, that sounds like what a union of police, for police would be doing? Assembling peacefully and petitioning for redress of better working conditions and better their grievances against the state.

Yes but there are SOOOOO many amendments, chilli may not have time to get through them all. This must be near the end.
What? Oh, its the first one? third clause… well chilli is building a game based on his extensive knowledge of the constitution? ya indeed.

Okay so Jim, if you had made this up. no one would find it credible or believable. Unless they knew our buddy chilli
Side note, did Irish give him any more “evidence” yet? Or is Irish waiting for them to file their default in court before showing even more, overwhelming evidence that Irish did it. or rather he did it by making up all the evidence they have. To the point where their local Klan member is starting to clue in on just what they have. All evidence copyrighted to Mr O’dea himself, the Irish demon…

Again, does chilli have the memory of a goldfish…

Under the color of law” describes an action taken by a person who is using authority given to them by a local, state, or federal government agency. It is a concept in United States civil rights law, referring to an act that has the appearance of being a legitimate official duty.
Acting under the color of law involves the misuse of power that someone possesses only because they are “clothed with the authority of the state.” This means the person is using the power granted to them by a government agency to commit an act. The individual is acting, or pretending to act, in their official capacity, even if the specific action is an abuse of that authority.

The concept distinguishes between actions that have actual authority and those that merely have the appearance of authority. It does not matter if the conduct was specifically forbidden by law or policy. If an official uses their position to violate someone’s rights, that action is considered to be under the color of law because the position of power is what made the act possible. This is the distinction from an act committed by a private individual.

A wide range of individuals can act under the color of law, extending beyond law enforcement officers. Any person wielding power vested in them by a government entity can fall into this category. This includes police officers, sheriff’s deputies, and prison guards, whose daily duties inherently involve the exercise of state authority over citizens.

The scope also includes other government agents and public officials. Judges, prosecutors, and public defenders, when performing their duties within the justice system, are acting under the color of law. Similarly, public school officials, such as principals and administrators, are considered state actors when they make decisions affecting students’ rights.

The term can extend to private individuals in specific circumstances. For instance, a private security guard who has been deputized or granted state-like authority may be considered to be acting under the color of law. A private doctor under contract to provide medical services to prison inmates was found by the Supreme Court in West v. Atkins to be acting under the color of law because his conduct was attributable to the state.

    18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights
18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law

    Right, right, right
Its not like chilli has ever read anything to do with law.
    What?
    Oh he has?
Its in his many offerings to threaten police with?
Yet he does not know about it in this video?
    curious brain fart.

Did he advertise his trifold at all? Maybe he should read it? Oh sorry, reread it…

JF DeCastro explained that he would be doing one stream where he taught law per day

Errr ya. Any laws in particular? Just the few he tried to read and forgot? Just the laws he wrote on a napkin and misplaced so he has to go on memory? I, for, one can hardly wait. well he does have all of 20 people watching him out of 700K subscribers… You know all pesky people he paid to follow him whereas none ever show up to his live. Ya those people…

JF DeCastro has now added footage from Canadian and British police encounters to his daily anti-police livestream.

He might as well add Australian police videos as well. They also have idiots down under.
But a simply search on YT will show you plenty of people quoting US law and the US constitution in all three other countries to police and surprisingly, those cops also do not stop what they are going to do. I wonder why? Do they not know, and fear, FEAR AND TREMBLE for mighty chilli has spoken…

Frauditors wanted, narcissism and delusions are a must have.
Or you can just show them chilli’s latest video.
