Tragedy struck Jose “Chille” DeCastro at his weekend family reunion in Reno, Nevada, as his mother reportedly fell and was hospitalized on Saturday, suffering a concussion and an extended hospital stay.
DeCastro announced the news at the stat of his Sunday livestream, where he said he had given up plans to hang out with his aunts from the family reunion in order to drive to and visit with his mother, who was hospitalized a half hour away.
The YouTuber explained his complicated family tree as on one side of the family, his grandmother married a man, then her brother married the man’s sister. His grandmother gave birth to 11 children, while her sister-in-law gave birth to 17 children.
He said that he enjoyed the massive turnout at his family reunion for his Grand Aunt’s birthday as there were so many people there. He said that all he had to do was hug a random stranger and yell “cousin” and be accepted as they were all connected via blood.
DeCastro creepily shared that he discovered he had a “pretty” female cousin who was a doctor in Los Angelas, who he planned on spending time with in the future. He later corrected this statement as he made it clear he would never suggest having a relationship with his cousin, despite her attractiveness.
With blood related issues aside, DeCastro focused on his “true family,” his fans. He said that he could talk for hours with any one of his “Team DLZ” members and that they were truly his extended family.
He said that he knew he could count on his extended family as it was through their support that he managed to raise over $60,000.00 in crowdfunding campaigns in 2024. He corrected his previous tally and said that he had raised $10,000.00 to fight off “false charges” in Maryland brought about by former business partner Collin “Project Constitution” Campbell.
DeCastro, perhaps reeling from the mention of his former partner, roused his audience with a full throated declaration that he would have his revenge on Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman, who ordered his incarceration in 2024.
The YouTuber vowed that he would personally end Zimmerman’s reelection campaign in an up-coming election and that her “scores” for last year were down because of his actions. His fans were confused as he had previously described Zimmerman as being retired from the bench multiple times on multiple livestreams.
A quick google search revealed that she had indeed stepped down in January of this year and was now fully retired from the bench.
Skipping explanation, he suddenly declared that he had added a sixth person to his lawsuit against Zimmerman and others that he’ll file Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. He indicated that he’d now sue the bailiff who searched him at Zimmerman’s command.
There was no indication of what his accusations against the bailiff were, other than he searched DeCastro as part of his job. However, DeCastro declared that he would defeat all six participants in the case and earn himself a settlement.
With the settlement from any of his lawsuits, DeCastro returned to an old promise of a party for all of his supporters in Las Vegas. He said that he would be buying out blocks of rooms and that his good friends were invited to take part as momentum was on his side and momentum would propel him into the governorship.
DeCastro updated his Constitution HQ board game, which he said should be complete in “prototype” form when he gets back to L.A. later this week. He seemed confident that his product would blow his audience away and praised friend Chuck P. for using AI to generate all the portraits of the historical figures used in the game.
The YouTuber did not, however, mention his GoFundMe for YouTuber Craig Hendry, who remains incarcerated in Vermillion County, Indiana. The lack of support saw Hendry’s multiple GoFundMe accounts join the remainder of the campaigns we follow in goose eggs for Sunday as no campaigns received donations.
This troubling development shook the market, as market heavyweight Clash with Bao apparently stopped receiving donations after it was announced that the exclusion zone around the Karen Read courthouse had been lifted. The charges Bao is facing for violating the exclusion zone may be dropped as a result of this action.
Also not mentioned was DeCastro’s “good friend” Jason Dollarhide, who recently had his $250,000,000.00 lawsuit against the state of Oklahoma recently dismissed without prejudice.
Before meeting DeCastro, Dollarhide and his wife Heather were involved in an incident with police at a deer watching area of an Oklahoma park. He refused to give his identification to the police when asked and a struggle ensued between Dollarhide and arresting officers.
DeCastro was attracted to Dollarhide over the men bonded over their hatred for police and their love of marijuana. Becoming fast friends, Dollarhide listened to DeCastro’s advice about the lawsuit and filed leave to amend his complaint on DeCastro’s advice.
But fate intervened as Dollarhide and wife Heather could not stay out of trouble with the law. A 2023 incident at a shopping center saw police chase Dollarhide back to his property and he has been in custody since July of 2023.
His lawsuit lingered as Dollarhide did not communicate with his attorney from jail. A year passed without an update and even though Dollarhide’s attorney okayed the removal of one set of defendants from the case, he still did not carry through with filing the second amended complaint.
The Judge in the case gave Dollarhide until the fall of 2024 to file the amended complaint or the case would be dismissed. The case sat in Limbo from that time until early this month when it was dismissed without prejudice.
Dollarhide himself had been convicted of two counts of battery on a police officer and is currently serving two prison sentences of 15 years in Oklahoma State prison.
Despite DeCastro making what some people considered to be romantic overtures towards Heather Dollarhide, and despite his 2023 pledge that he would support the Dollarhide family’s bills indefinitely, DeCastro backed away from the family in 2023 after an incident involving Floyd Wallace.
Wallace allegedly attempted to sexually assault Heather Dollarhide and a female friend when he arrived at her house for an interview that was to be conducted at DeCastro’s request. Ultimately, DeCastro reportedly needed to pay Heather Dollarhide a substantial sum to make the incident go away.
From that point on, DeCastro mentioned Jason Dollarhide in passage as, much like Craig Hendry, DeCastro pledged to but commissary money of Dollarhide’s books for the foreseeable future. He was also reportedly attempting to get Dollarhide’s $100,000.00+ bond reduced to give Dollarhide a chance to be free while he awaited trial on multiple other charges.
Those efforts ended, along with mention of Dollarhide, with Dollarhide’s convictions, as he apparently let the friendship fade away.
Returning to his undying friendship with his fans, he promised that he would always answer every e-mail and phone call he received from his “family” before ending the stream.
DeCastro is expected to file his lawsuit against Ann Zimmerman and others on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.
