Jose “Chille” DeCastro livestreamed while sitting in his car because it was “too hot” to stand outside of the Lloyd D. George U.S. Courthouse in Las Vegas as he attempted to crowdsource for the $1,500.00 he said he needed to file his latest lawsuit along with a WestLaw AI monthly subscription.

The math did not math and his lawsuit reasoning made little sense as judicial immunity meant that you can’t typically sue one federal judge, let alone two in the same lawsuit, but DeCastro carried on with his bold legal strategy to do the impossible.

DeCastro did not mention setbacks in his case against Kate Peter, Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini, Team Skeptic and Daniel Clement in his livestream, or the one that would follow later in the night.

That latest failure came as the diminutive YouTuber had attempted to again have the case voluntarily dismissed by the court clerk on May 13 (documents filed on March 19 and 20). His efforts were thwarted by said court clerk as DeCastro had forgotten to list his own name and the names of defendants on the form needed for the action.

Also of note came DeCastro’s filing of a sur-reply to the Ironton defendants in his refiled Ironton, Ohio, based lawsuit in Nevada. While typical defendants usually need to seek the ability to file a sur-reply in their lawsuits, DeCastro skipped the bits about asking for permission to file and just filed anyway.

The apparently ChatGPT generated reply restated his points from his original motion, that there was no final judgment in the previous case, that there was new evidence (Google’s “atomic clock” discrepancy with the clock seen on the wall in the video) and other factors that should be considered before any thought of throwing the case out.

Of course, it continued the pattern of DeCastro ignoring the Lawrence County defendants in the case, separate entities in his lawsuit, who he still owes a reply to their initial motion to dismiss the case.

DeCastro had even filed for an extension to reply to the defendants, only to blow the deadline to reply for a week and apparently continuing a pattern of neglect and missed deadlines that hampered his previous dismissed case against both parties in Ohio.

As for his current lawsuit, the point of the livestream was to obtain $1,500.00 in funding to his GoFundMe. After having difficulty posting the link to his GoFundMe, DeCastro took in $105.00 in new donations during the stream, which was not close to the amended $500.00 he was seeking. He later received donations through other means totaling $300.00 from good friend and chat frequenter Chevy, before declaring the abbreviated fundraiser a success.

DeCastro, perhaps troubled by his lack of success with his new GoFundMe, had disabled his Justice for All: Legal Battle for Accountability, Lawyer Fund Only – All Dollars go to Lawyers and Legal Aid Fund, Donation Fund, Help People Fund GoFundMe campaigns earlier in the day.

The YouTuber had reopened all three accounts at the start of the year, though none of the accounts had attracted new donations during that time.

Things weren’t all bad for DeCastro as he did manage to win the crowd sourcing title for Wednesday with a $110.00 take for his new campaign. He was followed closely by $60.00 donated to Clash with Bao’s GoFundMe campaign, $25.00 going to Lane Myers’ GiveSendGo campaign, $20 given to our own On-Going Expenses campaign, and $10 posted to SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’ Support the Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption GoFundMe campaign.

Briefly updating his apparently forgotten Constitution HQ board game, DeCastro said he would pick up the final playing cards “in the morning” before promising that he would start teaching the game on Friday.

DeCastro would go live again later in the evening, saying it was a huge amount of weight off his chest now that the lawsuit was filed. He explained that he was using the terms “unprincipled” and “corrupt” to describe target of the lawsuit former Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman as he wanted the YouTube algorithm to associate the words with her name.

He also compared himself to radio personality Howard Stern and claimed that Justice of the Peace Zimmerman was obsessed with his YouTube broadcasts, much like people who hated Stern in the 1980s listened to his radio broadcasts more than those who loved him.

The YouTuber went on to complain that he is assigned a federal marshal to accompany him at any of the federal buildings he frequents and wondered what he did achieve the burden, as he had no real criminal record or history of violence as an adult.

DeCastro declared that he would probably lose in the district court level as Judge Andrew P. Gordon, who is overseeing two of his on-going lawsuits, was again randomly assigned to the case. He claimed that Gordon was already biased against him as he didn’t lick boots.

DeCastro was driving while livestreaming in the second stream of the night and confused his fans as he said that he saw the police pull someone over yet kept driving. He had promised on previous livestreams while driving that if he saw a situation where police had someone stopped, he’d immediately stop and do a live first amendment audit.

Jose “Chille” DeCastro is expected to return to livestreaming later in this afternoon.
