DeleteLawZ Due in Court for Blue Bacon Lawsuit

Hardcore fans of Jose “Chille” DeCastro were disappointed on Wednesday as their style icon and keen fashion commander broke a recent promise and failed to livestream “every day” to teach history related to his Constitution HQ board game.

DeCastro had made the promise after breaking another promise (one made several times in the past few months), where he claimed he’d stop doing his near daily three-hour streams devoted to anti-police videos in order to focus on teaching the game.

The YouTuber’s devotion to his game has been in question lately as our own coverage showed our estimate that he would need to make a profit of $35.00 per game to theoretically pay back his planned loan of $150,000.00 and to fund a second print run of the game provided that he sold every copy of the game’s first print.

Margins would be tight, and he’d have to invest everything he made from selling every copy of the game back into the business, forgoing things like rent and eating and paying taxes and employees, but he could just about do it… if he raised the price of the game.

Coincidentally, on DeCastro’s second Tuesday night livestream he made the dreaded declaration that he would soon be raising the price of his board game to $99.99. He didn’t really elaborate why he’d need to do it and followed it up with the fact that he had a meeting “on Thursday” about getting the $150,000.00 loan.

His announcement set off a flurry of activity on his website with the presale counter going from 9992 to 9991 in the day and a half since his announcement. He also saw his GoFundMe donations to fund his ill-fated lawsuit against retired Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman almost double from Wednesday’s take.

He made $20.00 in yesterday’s reporting, coming in 4th for the day. He almost doubled it in today’s report, winning the day for Wednesday with a $35.00 take and beating out Long Island Audit’s Support the Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign which took in $25.00.

DeCastro has now reached 30% of his goal of $5,000.00 (though he now says he needs $6,000.00), to fund his purchase of a year’s subscription to “WestLaw AI.”

The YouTuber also posted on his YouTube community page that he had heard a rumor that his trifold product was featured on Joe Rogan’s blog recently. He asked his fans to find the segment, as he could not find it himself, and seemed to think that Rogan may have unofficially endorsed his product.

One way DeCastro would have known if Rogan had indeed endorsed or even featured his product would be a wave of sales as being mentioned on Rogan’s controversial but popular podcast would have meant a huge spike in sales across the board on his website.

With DeCastro’s most recent live streams complaining that he is only giving away his trifold product at this point, giving out 25 copies of his product instead of making sales off of them, it doesn’t look like it’s the case.

Breaking it down, a positive mention on Joe Rogan’s show would mean that he would have a huge spike in sales and the world would be great. A negative mention on Joe Rogan’s show would mean a possible lawsuit, and the possibility of “go away” money with the threat of a lawsuit unless Rogan retracted his statements.

In either case, DeCastro would have a huge spike in viewers to his podcast and he’d know for sure if something happened to reflect a mention on what tends to be the world’s most popular podcast.

But.. yeah.

DeCastro has court again later today for his California Superior Court lawsuit against Kate Peter, Team Skeptic, Daniel Clement and Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini. His hearings are listed as follows:

05/29/2025 at 08:30 AM in Department O at 1725 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401 Hearing on Motion to Vacate or Strike Request for Dismissal Without Prejudice

05/29/2025 at 08:30 AM in Department O at 1725 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401 Trial Setting Conference

05/29/2025 at 08:30 AM in Department O at 1725 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401 Hearing on Motion for Sanctions

Michael Pierattini did not accept DeCastro’s latest attempt to coerce him into allowing DeCastro to dismiss this version of the lawsuit with prejudice. Which is a shocking new update. Though DeCastro tried hard to make it happen.

He offered Pierattini the promise that he’d never ever ever never sue him again for this set of charges, Pierattini would have to agree to never talk about DeCastro again in public, to drop all court sanctions against DeCastro (currently to the tune of nearly $10,000.00), and agree to keep all of the financial debt incurred from defending himself over the past two years and not make DeCastro pay his legal fees.

Pierattini countered, unofficially at least, with public statements that the statute of limitations on DeCastro’s claims is soon to run out and he’d rather have the current case dismissed with prejudice, see DeCastro pay him the sanctions, and DeCastro be on the hook for his legal fees.

As we’ve laid out, DeCastro is facing a hearing on a motion for summary judgment and motions for possibly terminating sanctions later today. Both could end his case today, though if he survives them, the conference to set a trial date is also scheduled where DeCastro will have to face the ultimate hardship… proving any of his claims against Pierattini in court.

Finally, DeCastro got some good news this week as the Unofficial Support DeleteLawz from the tyranny he fights GoFundMe campaign has apparently been removed by the platform. The unofficial campaign took in $396.00 in the year we’ve followed it and last saw a donation in January.

The campaign held the distinction of being the only DeCastro themed campaign to make money in the past six months until his recent opening of his GoFundMe to sue Justice of the Peace Zimmerman, it was the only DeCastro themed campaign.

We will provide updates on DeCastro’s scheduled hearings as soon as we receive them.
