The presence of Jose “Chille” DeCastro was welcomed by his fans as he livestreamed Tuesday and Wednesday nights, introducing his new attorney and later detailing plans of his bail-bondsman type application intended to provide bail for first amendment auditors.
DeCastro introduced that Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq., recently known as the attorney for Zachary “Liberty Troll Kueker and Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova, as his new attorney who would be representing him in a lawsuit against YouTuber John “Irish Demon” O’Dea.
The pair alleged that O’Dea, along with one of DeCastro’s former associates, was the mastermind between a November 2024 attack on DeCastro’s main “Delete LawZ” channel that saw the channel briefly removed from YouTube and DeCastro struggling to make a profit since that time.
While critics noted that DeCastro’s 2024 decline was mainly from his time in prison and no new content for his channel and that his channel further declined after he took extended periods of 2025 off to work on his Constitution HQ board game, DeCastro asserted that the attack was solely responsible for the decline of his channel.
Claiming that he had metrics that would prove that his monthly revenue decreased by 75% since the November hack, DeCastro also said that he was now down to a single part time editor when he had previously employed several editors and workers.
He complained that there was only so much time in the day and implied that Newman may help him by taking punishment of O’Dea off his hands while he completed other tasks.
Newman assured DeCastro that he had a winning case but seemed concerned that he was contacted by an attorney who said he represented the Irish Demon channel, and not O’Dea himself. He said he would be having further meetings with that attorney to see who his true client was, if not O’Dea himself.
Despite Newman’s prominence as an attorney, it’s unclear if Newman will be able to help DeCastro secure his long-desired access to “WestLaw A.I.,” which is one of the goals for his current crowdsourcing campaign.
DeCastro returned with another livestream Wednesday night, this time as he indicated that he was driving somewhere in Arizona to meet “technologists” who will be helping him with his “get out of jail” application.
During the brief livestream, DeCastro gave tentative details on the application and seemed to indicate that he would be offering a monthly fee which would go towards bailing out individuals in need.
Theoretically, individuals would be able to arrange bail money from the application should the iPhone or Google application should they be arrested. While DeCastro said that the ideal candidate for the product would be First Amendment Auditors, it is unclear how DeCastro would otherwise raise the substantial sums needed to finance bail unless the funding was opened to the general public.
DeCastro also failed to address what types of crimes would qualify for the program and if the fund would cover sexual assault, murder, and drug related offenses. There were also outstanding questions as to the limits on how much of the total funding earned could be expended in individual cases.
The diminutive YouTuber failed to answer any of these questions before his connection was interrupted, and he would later make the stream private.
Interest in DeCastro’s new project did not result in new donations towards his on-going GoFundMe campaign, which remains at $1,580.00 for yet another day.
