DeCastro Attacks Kash Patel, Elon Musk on X

It was a dramatic Friday for Jose “Chille” DeCastro as he apparently gained another small victory in his lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police force, had a semi-decent excuse in his lawsuit against Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini, finally came through for Craig Hendry, and went on a complete rampage against Twitter/X.

Starting out of order. DeCastro apparently received a Twitter/X community guidelines warning for posting a message to FBI Director Kash Patel and Harris County, Texas, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez stating:

If only 1000x MORE would follow suit – we’d have a safer, better country. See, the policies, procedures, and policies that pigs do, is inhumane, brutal and barbaric. As long as there’s these policies, more cops will kill themselves. And, I hope they burn in hell.

He reposted the message on his YouTube Community page, decrying Twitter/X’s policies with a new message of outrage directed at Elon Musk.

DeCastro has been on an anti-police/anti-Donald Trump rampage on Twitter/X rampage for days now and has most recently focused on Sheriff Gonzalez after the reply to Gonzalez was limited. The YouTuber later kept up his complaint with a new message directed at Gonzalez:

He then apparently finished his attack with a now pinned comment attacking both Elong Musk and Sherriff Gonzalez:

DeCastro’s rampage continued despite achieving a rare victory against the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department on Thursday, as Judge Andrew P. Gordon refused to grant the LVMPD’s renewed request for summary judgment in DeCastro’s long-running federal civil rights lawsuit.

DeCastro sued the LVMPD after being arrested in March of 2023 for charges of obstructing an officer and interfering in a traffic stop. DeCastro was convicted of the charges in 2024 and spent four months in jail before the chargers were overturned on appeal.

DeCastro’s extensive list of charges against the LVMPD had been whittled down to just a handful of charges against the LVMPD over the years through rulings by Gordon. However, Gordon reversed his decision as to if the LVMPD had probable cause to arrest DeCastro when DeCastro’s charges were dismissed in 2024.

In the new ruling, Judge Gordon stated that he cannot issue a motion for summary judgment if there are major outstanding issues to be resolved. In this case, DeCastro winning his appeal changed the Judge’s position on probable cause in this incident.

With probable cause at issue, DeCastro’s claim of an invasion of privacy may now have merit. If the arrest itself was improper, then the subsequent search was improper and DeCastro’s privacy may have been invaded.

While the denial of summary judgment is not a killing blow for the defense in the case, this is the second time DeCastro’s lawsuit has survived a motion for summary judgment. Expect this case to go forward to trial.

DeCastro’s filings opposing the call by Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini’s attorney to dismiss DeCastro’s California Superior Court based lawsuit with prejudice are still missing from the Superior Court site, those documents apparently appeared on the Trellis platform.

In the filings, DeCastro claims that his idea to dismiss the case is not a “tactic” but a reset. While he’s facing a call for terminating sanctions and a summary judgment hearing that may see his final claims against Pierattini denied, DeCastro said that there were two sides to every story and that he has not had his opportunity to tell his yet.

DeCastro claimed that his incarceration last year (wrongly listed in the documents as 2023) put him at a disadvantage in the case and made the case that now that he was a pro se defendant, it would only be fair to stop the current lawsuit, take a pause, and refile it when he’s adequately prepared to move forward.

He then claimed that despite two years of filings and hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in his case, Pierattini would not be prejudiced by the dismissal. Arguing further that no adjudication has occurred and Pierattini’s rights would be preserved.

Finally, after several blown deadlines and making a mockery of his friendship with YouTuber Craig Hendry, DeCastro created his much-promised GoFundMe for the YouTuber. 

The crowd sourcing campaign brought in a total of $0.00 for Friday, with no promotion from DeCastro. The market itself joined DeCastro’s new campaign with goose eggs across the board as no new donations were recorded for the fundraisers we follow.
