Self-proclaimed historical figure, inmate and sometimes first amendment auditor Craig Hendry was moved to the Sullivan County, Indiana, jail as his term in the Greene County jail ended and there have been updates to his on-going criminal charges in Vermillion County, Indiana.
Hendry was convicted last year of false informing/making a false complaint against a law enforcement officer. He served around three quarters of his sentence and was released into custody of Sullivan County in mid-February after his bond was revoked in that county.
The YouTuber is appealing his Green County conviction and filed for and was granted an extension of time to filing his opening brief for the appeal. Hendry is represented by Alexander W. Robbins, who blamed Hendry’s incarceration in Greene County for the delay in filing.
The motion was granted on March 9, 2026, and Hendry now has until April 2 to file his opening brief.
Since his bond was revoked, Hendry is now sitting in the Sullivan County jail awaiting trial that is currently set for May 6, 2026. In that case, he’s facing felony charges of Intimidation, misdemeanor disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise and misdemeanor refusing to leave emergency incident area.
This set of charges stemmed from an incident in 2024 and may put Hendry into Sullivan County jail for the rest of the year. If convicted, he’d miss the second birthday of his daughter and another year of his son’s life.
After Sullivan County is done with Hendry, he may go back to Vermillion County, where he faces charges of felony intimidation: threat to commit a forcible felony and misdemeanor battery.
The charges happened when Hendry was incarcerated in the Vermillion County jail in the Spring of 2025. Hendry’s lawsuit against his jailers from Vermillion County was dismissed earlier in the year due to his lack of participation in the lawsuit.
Hendry’s on-going To Support Craig’s Work GoFundMe Campaign has remained at $7,230.00 since the mid-summer of 2025. His promise to do weekly updates from the Greene County jail never developed and other than a repost of a video that was quickly removed on Wednesday, neither of his YouTube channels have seen any activity.
Frauditor Troll won Thursday with $77.00 in new donations to his Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit. The First Amendment Protection Agency placed second with $20.00 in new donations for the day.
No other campaigns that we follow received contributions for Thursday.
